Pictures online is one and the reality is another . The front desk person first day; he was rude and dry. The room is dirty. Not smell clean. The second person and the third(both ladies) very nice and polite. The entrance for the hotel is unclear. Thanks a person that was in a Bar and saw lost and he gave me the directions. I have to go inside to the bar to finally find the front desk. The breakfast was a surprise. Was good and the person really nice .Around 350 for two nights and our family in another room they heard everything for next room and smell marihuana the whole night.

Very close to the highway but didn’t have a traffic sound in the room. Very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

The woman who was at the front desk on Saturday January 27th was absolutely outstanding. She was so helpful, super nice and honestly a breath of fresh air after a stressful travel day. She is a credit to the company.

We stayed there for a show in December, we expected the noise. What we didn’t expect is the AC to smell like death when turned on OR the room next to us to get raided by the cops at 4am.

Friendly bit needs some upgrades
The staff were very nice. The TV in our room would only stay on one channel, I called the desk and he came and replugged the wire and said it just needed to boot up but it still didn’t work. Didn’t realize the hotel was attached to a bar and it smelled a bit like stale smoke in the room. The signs leading to the front entrance need to be bigger, after driving 8 hours, I couldn’t tell where to go and ended up having to go into the bar to ask where the entrance was.

This is an excellent location. The staff for check in was friendly and helpful. The room, although not enclosed and attached to a truck stop, was surprisingly quiet. It was clean.

The best part of staying here was the complimentary breakfast. While other hotels are cutting back, especially since Covid, this location had a great hot breakfast with a friendly staff.

WOW what a breath of fresh air!
What a breath of fresh air! This place was so friendly and the beds are to die for! We liked it so much, that instead of finding somewhere else in the morning... We booked 6 more nights! Oh, I cannot forget to mention the fact that the patios/balconies are facing away from the coastal side, so when the storm rolled in we were still dry on the balcony! If you have the balcony/patio rooms, you may get lucky like us and get free live music from saints and sinners pub!

Nice place to stay
Everything concerning amenities was great. A little difficult to find the lobby though. Loud music coming through the walls sounded like a bar downstairs or something on Saturday night. Finally fell Sleep so not sure when it ended but started around 8:30 pm. Would stay here again but just not on the room #1215 side due to music issue.

The property was confusing- good thing they give out maps! My room was not the cleanest, there was hair in the shower, curtain was dirty. The night stand was out of place, weirdly not against the wall. Some hair in the bed, although it was comfy. The conjoining door, along with neighbors that were not respectful of others at 11pm, being loud and obnoxious, caused me to end my stay early. I headed out around 11:30pm to continue my drive.

No table or desk in room. Pool for guests closes at 8pm but Condo owners can stay later....not a good policy. Hot water runs out....can't draw a full tub of water....shower didn't run long before hot water ran out.

The place was very dirty, the kitchen had no cooking utensils, the blinds were damaged, there were no curtains to block out sound or light, lousy place, I do not recommend it, Expedia should not have this hotel.

When we arrived is pouring down rain front desk person not very helpful our room was across the parking lot of the Harley-Davidson shop quite a hike the pool was down from the lobby however we were an eighth of a mile down the road from the pool the telephone in the room did not work they checked it out and said they were having problems and they were trying to get it taken care of that never happened when we arrived in our room there were no towels or toiletries except what was left there from the last guest I asked him about getting my points because I'm a choice member and they told me that I had to call choice that they didn't qualify for that that's how my stay was with my wife thank you

The kitchen counter was dirty. Both telephones in room did not work. Front staff said they would be replaced next day but werrent. No shampoo, soap or extra toilet paper was in bathroom.

My reservation for a 4 night stay was lost upon arrival and I was stuck with nowhere to stay and the staff here could care less. I made my reservation two months prior and even had confirmation from Expedia but the hotel couldn’t find it. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Expedia to find another hotel. A huge keep rally was taking place here and finding a hotel was very difficult but Expedia took very good care of me
