Aging facility, room lacked shower curtain, TV out of order; a guest who appeared at desk at 6 am to report that toilet did not flush was told that the maintenance would not arrive until 10 am.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was anything less than perfect. We truly regret that we fell short of our service standards during your stay with us.
