Honestly, the place was nothing to brag about. The room was ok, its a continental breakfast, aka muffins, bananas, apples and coffee. The only thing about this room that was great, was the view and location. 5 minutes from Daytona and 1 hour from St. Augustine

I absolutely love the fact that the property looked EXACTLY like the photos online..... very nice ❣️Parking lot is a little compact but there is additional parking across the street. Pool is not heated but was very clean and big enough for several groups of kids or adults to enjoy. The room was spacious and very nice..... very clean ❣️And the staff were extremely helpful and so friendly.....I will definitely stay there again ❣️

I like that it was on the beach! They need to better mattress for the beds. And the fridge stinked.
I saw the crowed that stayed there was a little sketchy. The staff was so nice. But our favorite part it was on the beach!

This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in and was not a DA compliant. The bathroom was dirty. The windows were dirty. The floor was dirty, and the front desk was very unfriendly.

First the good. The outside area by the pool and Oceanside is beautiful and well kept. The little fire pit was so cute! The walk ability to the beach was lovely. The bad - We stayed in room 117 which had a gap in the door where you could see light which was unsettling. I was afraid someone was going to break into our room. There were also plaster patches on the wall that hadn't been painted over, our curtains were ripped at the top and the door was rotting at the bottom in the bathroom. The fan did not work in the bathroom which is probably why the door was rotting. If you're not going to be in your room much and you want a cheap place that's on the beach this place is fine. It served its needs for us. But if you're looking for a nice place to lay your head I would look elsewhere. That being said, we did have a nice time and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was lacking, it was basically juice, different coffees, yogurt and some fruit which is fine if you're not looking for much. I will say again though, the outdoor area is beautiful and we really enjoyed going out every morning with our coffee and people watching at the beach. The fire pit area was also very lovely.

Very convenient property and wonderful views of ocean. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Not upscale but very comfortable and clean. A fun, casual place to enjoy the beach!

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We loved the pool by the oceanside, that area was clean and accommodating with loungers, tables and chairs.

Renovations have been done, however, regular maintenance is a must, our bathroom door wouldn’t close, was dirty, the bathroom ceiling needed repair along with the entrance door to the room, not a bad place, just needs on going repairs

Located in a good area, close to beach and various services. Breakfast very limited (coffee, fruit. muffins, juice, yogurt), had to bring in food from outside. A number of issues with electrical outlets, getting soap, getting towels, getting coffee packs, TV limits, etc. We liked the cleanliness and supportive staff.

You can see that they've tried to update the property so that's a plus. Not a terrible place not a great place either. The reason you stay here is because it's right on the beach. Terrible thing about it is the parking. Almost non existent and when we were there it was biker week. Nothing against bikers but when they take up an entire spot with 1 bike it eats up ALL the parking which is slim to begin with. Found another hotel a few miles down the beach that was MUCH better for the same price for our second night.
