Motel security was inadequate.

The room was adequate but had a strong musty smell, something we experienced before. But really bothering was the brick holding the backdoor open. I closed it at least 5 times including at midnight. The desk clerk assured me that the door would be locked at night. When went out at midnight, there was a man sitting in a truck in front of the door. Not a good feeling! In the morning the family's children in the next room began screaming and throwing things around at 5:30am. Need I continue?

Location: Close to I 95
The staff is what makes this hotel great. Thomas, Kathy, mehroz, and Samantha were all very helpful. Room was large with sofa bed, fridge, and 3 chairs and table. Lots of room to spread out. New carpeting in rooms and hallway. Bathroom is serviceable and very clean. Only bummer was broken elevator, and you can hear neighbors in hallway and other rooms. They must have thin walls. But the price is right, So you have to give up some disadvantages.

Pros: Nothing in particular
Location: Location was close to home and allowed us to rest for the night and get back to our home to clean up after hurricane.
Staff was curteous and helpful during a difficult time.

Cons: fire the staff starting with Diane
Location: It was out of the storm
staff was rude and uncaring nobody had food after breakfast and there were NO options to get food Electricity was off The yogurt was locked up but the power was off The staff refused to let us eat the yogery and rather through it all in the trash the next morning

Smell of mildew

We stayed there for one night and the hotel smells like mildew. There were humidifiers in all of the hallways. We had a water stain on the ceiling. My child also got sick after staying here and is now on antibiotics. We had a second night reservation and we didn't stay and ate the cost of the hotel.

Pros: Staff and breakfast was real nice. Price was reasonable.
Cons: Everything except the staff was about as nice as possible.
Location: Palm Coast. Not much to do in this city except go to the beach. Be sure to have your $2 for the toll every time you go to the beach.
Paper thin walls prevented any possibility of sleep. Rooms that stunk with locker room smell and mustyness. Hallways that were lined with liter. Maids who didn't clean room half the time. toilet was redicously noisy. Seriously. If you grabbed a blanket and slept in the forest you would have a better experience.

Bad smell upon entering the building

Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Get rid of dangerous long mirrors above the head of the bed. and get rid of the smelly air freshener machine in the entrance. Both are unhealthy.
Many people are allergic to strong chemical scents. If you are one, you will encounter a strong air freshening machine upon entering this hotel. It was an unpleasant first impression. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast as fine also. They have two huge long mirrors directly above the headboard of the beds. One came loose in the middle of the night and almost hit my wife. This was dangerous situation and could have been much worse.

Convenient and close to everything.

Pros: Clean, well located.
Cons: Coffee pot in room, better breakfast.
Location: Close to beach, lot of attractions.
Just there for one night but was fine. It was clean. had a pool, quite.

Consistently good

I have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. Although it has no exercise room and pool is small, it makes up in other ways.
