We only needed a place to stay one night and I wanted it to be walkable to the beach and it was and met our needs. It is a older property and could use some updating but the beds were comfy. Breakfast was very minimal but better than nothing. In our room was not noisy (street/outside noise others complained about we did NOT experience). Would stay again if just needing a place to sleep. Parking was not an issue either.

All good, a little rough aroundd the edges , but for the money...! they are fixing up things and i definetly recomend getting the ocean view option compared to other rooms..as this makes the stay.

Always stay here, don't know what happen to the hotel maids , my floor was very dirty my grandson was black after playing on the floor, no towels, beds was very hard and very small

We have stayed here a lot during Bike Weeks. Great location to Main Street! It was very clan, but smelled a bit moldy.

Customer service was great. Room was confortable & clean. To much Clorox the smell literally gave me a headache had to open the door for a while to strong. No soap to wash my hands. But overall very oleaing enjoyed the view and quick access to the beach was my favorite. Parking was a little crowded and the building does need a little renovating. Recommend & will be coming back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is great and the Staff was very friendly. The hotel is aged and needs a thorough cleaning. The beds, linen and towels were all clean. The carpets, walls a fixtures were dirty.

Well priced place to spend a night or 2. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Good views and fine breakfast. When we entered the room it did smell a little musty but we opened up both doors and aired it out and then it was fine. Walls are very thin. I could hear the tv on all night in the room beside us and then the people above us walking around all morning. It was still well worth the money for the nights stay.

We stayed in the King Suite at this location in Daytona Beach Fl from December 27 til Jan 1st 2024. We had booked an ocean view king suite with whirlpool jetted tub. What we got was an infestation of bacteria whirlpool with rat poop 💩 and noisy neighbors all night. We were woke up every morning at 7am to the sound of the kegs being thrown and beaten by the inconsiderate bar staff next next to our room. We listened to every room around us have sex throughout the night, because the building is old and is in desperate need of repair and major upgrades. Upon checking in the manager told my husband there was no restrooms in the front after we had been in the road for about 4.5 hrs. The next day we were back up front and a lady ask to use the restrooms and the girl at the front desk told her where the restrooms were. So the manager himself lied to us at check in the day prior. Our room smelled of old mold and was not clean by any means. In fact we went to the local publix and bought bleach and cleaning supplies. I spent the first 3 hours scrubbing and cleaning the restroom, wiping down tvs because some stuff was all over the screens in both living area and bedroom. Food was left in the microwave and in the fridge and the coffee pot still had something in it. It was a huge disappointment to be honest, no matter how many time we tried to make the best of the situation something always happened to make it worse. The whirlpool was so disgusting I refused to even get in it.

Ocean Front Rooms has more chances of humidity, and we recommend our guests to set the AC to Dry settings, this will prevent from moisture build ups. Thank you for your Feedback!

The Salty wind from Ocean caused this common issue, but our Ac's has been well maintained, we recommend our guest to set Ac in dry setting to prevent from moisture build ups. thank you for your feedback

This place is a dump
How this place got a rating is beyond my belief. Mold SMELL MOLDED. FLOORS BLACK WHEN TOWELS WAS ON FLOOR.

Our Room #116 needs to be exterminated seriously...quite a few roaches....wasn't pleased about that at all.

Daytona stay
Overnight trip with friends for a special occasion. Great location and very clean. Staff is phenomenal. Parking is a challenge as you can easily get blocked in if you’re parking on one of the corners. And mattress was like sleeping on a spring, very uncomfortable, need some new mattresses.
