Close to the beach and shopping

Nice, only the dishes need to be put up in the cabinet, no gym and no jacuzzi Good continental breakfast

Very Happy

Location: Pretty good Bar/Restaurant right next door and Joes Crab Shack within a short walking distance. Great Hot Dog just at the corner of the boardwalk.
Great place right on the beach! Rooms and facilities weren't fancy but clean and bright. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job of cleaning the room and entire facility. Nice pool overlooking the ocean. Jamie at the front desk was especially welcoming and cheerful AND helpful. We got there a little early, she gave us a temp parking sticker and directed us to the beach and pool. She gave us a call when the room was ready as promised, and we registered with little loss of sun time! I hope this review doesn't overcrowd the place because we want to stay here again. So if you don't care about fancy or room service and want a beach experience this is the place.

All in all a hteat experience the parking is really tight but great people and great service

Right on the beach! For the money it's a deal. OtherS near Embry Riddle were 2×s and no view. This was 10 min away & on the beach. Continental breakfast included. Staff very nice & helpful. Thanks

Ok overnight stay

It was okay. Room felt damp. Microwave didn't work. Some (rowdy, Crack heads maybe?) outside.

Location is key

Riom was adequate, location is the best part, never needed the car which is key because parking is rough and costly around there. Starbucks accross the street too.

Close to the beach

A/C did not work good, poor water pressure in shower, no parking, and after long day on beach came in to find no towels or rags, had to wait outside office for over 30 mins. For someone to answer and get towels. This should be more of a $70 a night hotel Not $170, I did not even stay here after the first night. Maybe my expectations were to high. However they do have a nice pool overlooking the ocean
