Friendly Hotel

Pros: Brilliant location and clean
Cons: Building is getting a bit tired now . Could do with a revamp
Location: Three steps to the beach . Close to the Speedway , shops , bars etc
Welcoming and helpful staff .They are pleased to make your stay as good possible

The beach was nice

I could've gotten a 4 stars hotel with a pool for the same price I paid for this one only difference would be that it'll be located in the city instead of on the beach. The hotel room had a strange smell, the carpets weren't in good condition and the tv had problems. End of story is the beach was nice and thanks to this place I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in

Needs Repair !

When we checked in the room was very cold. The heater didn't work at all. I tried to call the front desk to inform them, but the phone didn't work either. I went to the front desk and after a long delay they gave me a space heater, and said they would fix the phone and heater in the morning.On the next day I waited until late afternoon and nothing was fixed. I went to the front desk again, no resolve. We checked out the next morning.

Bedroom Door Left Open, Cockroach, Rude Service!

Terrible customer service and facilities. First, the worker who checked us in would not allow us to have more than 2 keys for our rooms. We were on a trip with an athletic team and each team member (all over 18 years old) were not with each other at all points of the trip. For this reason, we requested that each member receive their own key. This was the least of our worries. The second day of our trip, we left the motel at 10AM and made sure to close our door behind us but when we returned that night at 10PM, our room was left open. The management could not even tell us who was in our room cleaning it or what time the room had been cleaned, so there is a great chance it was open the entire day - at a MOTEL that is able to be walked through by ANYONE! The next day, the icing was put on the cake when our athletes ran out of their room in disgust and horror - they found a cockroach in their bathroom! We called management again and they said they would come up and "see what they could do". We had already taken care of the cockroach and flushed it down the toilet, and the management did not seem worried or concerned at all. No "sorry for your inconvenience" and no offerings to make up for such a bad trip. They advertise that there is free Wi-Fi, but not one of us could connect at any point during our 5 day stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This hotel is very old, decrepit, smelly, dirty. Not worth the money at all!!!! Stained smelly carpet. You can see they tried to do a few upgrades but it was like putting a bandaid on sn open sore. Only good thing was ocean view. Carpet smelled musty. 1 towel in room. Pool is dirty!!! I am a certified pool operator. I dont know how that pool is open. Do not stsy here
