Nice hotel

The front desk worker was so rude. They have a 24 hour check in and i arrived around 12:40 and the lady was sleep. She was mad i woke her up i guess she was talking to me so rude. First of all you are a 24 HOUR CHECK IN, its your job to check in customers any time. But i will not go back there and i used to go there every weekend to get away, but I'll find another one and the bed had bed bugs on them i was all bumped up. They dont wanna give you yoyr money back but its ok i will never return there again.

Close enough and good for the price

Honestly, for the price this hotel was good. I liked that they had a fridge and microwave plus discount offers for food. We had a few awkward interactions with staff but otherwise it was a pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room.

Horrible hotel, do not stay here!

This hotel is terrible, i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Rude staff, the beds are uncomfortable, room is run down and is loud from traffic on the street, neighborhood felt very unsafe with lots of strange characters. They only supply a bar of soap in the bathroom.. no shampoo or conditioner. I found it very upsetting that it clearly stated that ALL rooms at this hotel are non smoking when we booked it online, yet as we enter the the room there are several ash trays in the room and it smells horrible, as i approached the staff about this they said that only some rooms are non smoking and they can't give us a non smoking room, i had a baby with me and could not have him in such a smoking room and as i tried to explain to them that it says all their rooms are non smoking on the hotels.com website the woman got defensive and started arguing about it, very unprofessional staff.

Natalie, In none of the websites we say that our "all" rooms are non-smoking. We do have Non-Smoking rooms. As in your reservation, it didn't say about non-smoking room; thus a smoking room was allocated. And as said, all of our non-smoking rooms were allocated to other guests. We are sorry, we couldn't provide you a non-smoking room, but we provided whatever the reservation said - Nothing less than that. Regards,

Hidden fees for special quest

I was ask for a 20 dollar deposit when I got there. cash money only. No sign saying a 20 dollar deposit required. I refused to pay it so it wasn't required

Hello, We have the right to take the security deposit because of certain merchantile amenities. Every motel/hotel have different rules and setup. We have our own rules. Next time, please carry little cash money for deposit for future stay. Regards,

Only went with daughter because granddaughter was invited to camp in Ormond Beach for soccer. Good location because daughter had to.be.in Ormond by 8 and I wanted to go to my former church on Beville

No hot water, dirty sheets, pimps dropping off hookers, crackhead in parking lot wanted to hangout and "get some rocks and a hooker". You got me on this one. Not worth $250/night.

Try to avoid this motel if you want a comfortable stay. The internet is not stable and the room is not clean when check-in.

Hello, Our guests choose us for their stay for a comfortable stay with a nice, clean and quiet atmosphere. I guess, it would be our bad day, when you didn't find Clean rooms at Check-In and the Internet issue. Whereas we have found, people across the street also use our internet's. Short Stay

Spent 1 night. Could hear to much noise from outside and next room, and all they were doing was talking. Way over priced for what the room was, although it was a charming retro type room. I know the price was jacked up due to it being the beginning of "RACE WEEK" at Daytona. Feel like we paid twice as much as we should have. King size bed but only 3 pillows that were pretty flat. Not a restful sleep because of it. Room was clean, staff friendly.

All come here to enjoy and spend quality time, we cannot stop anyone gathering and/or talking. But Yes, if you would have had informed us, we would definitely had requested them and make your sleep more restful.
