There was a smell or something in the room that made my husband very sick and the advertise it when you look up the hotel it says it's on the beach and it wasn't very disgusting

We stayed for Rockville 2023. About 15 minutes from the speedway which was very close and convenient and cheaper than being right next to the speedway. The room was clean, definitely did not have bed bugs as other have stated and I checked good. Room was cleaned everyday, Sally was great. Nothing turned up missing - as others have stated. Air was cold for the heat we went through. Bed wasn’t comfortable but I also have a pillow top mattress that I’m used to soo. Desk was friendly.

Other than the junkies tweaking out across the street, the pimps cycling up and down the road, and the bugs/lizards that keep creeping into the unit; it was a fairly adequate motel. Ample access to the interstate, and lighting to make sure whatever might happen is caught on CCTV.

This is a very clean, attractive motel in South Daytona. Fresh paint outside makes it an attractive property. Room was very clean. Only complaints were that there was a leak in the bathroom faucet around the fixture and the shower head put out a very strong flow. Also, lobby appears to be constantly locked, probably due to this being a somewhat high crime area. Had to check in with clerk at 3:00pm through glass window.

Stayed in room 109 for maybe 2 hours and got awaken by bug bites, further inspection there were bedbugs infesting the sheets. Serious bites and no help from owners nor staff. No refund for issues. And had a smile on their face when confronted

This property is by far the worse place I’ve ever seen. Bed bugs everywhere. Moldy smell and all. Front desk guy was also so rude!

The room was very clean. It has a lot of character. While I would not buy the place, I enjoyed sleeping here. The family running it are extremely friendly even when I checked in after midnight. I’d stay again.

Very clean...
This motel is truly clean and they've remodeled the bathrooms. TV setup is great with many channel options. Staff was very polite and amiable. Like most hotels/motels no breakfast. :(

Bike week trip
Service was excellent .....was able to very early check in for a nominal fee....was able to park my trailer on site....it is an older facility but well kept.....will definitely stay there again

It was very clean and the property was quiet. The owner or whomever we checked in with was not rude or unpleasant, but not very warm. Needless to say, our stay was good.

clean and comfortable. to many complications just to turn the tv on and get the program to appear. microwave was clean but did not work half the time. How can you not have at least a single cup coffee maker in the rooms.

Great hotel
Super comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. Bathroom was newly updated. Hot water with great water pressure. Everyone was so nice. Will stay again if in the area. Close to beach and speedway as well.

The room had a strong odor - hard to tell what it was. They obviously tried to mask it with a cleaning smell. Woke up very congested the next day. Other then that, the room was clean and was fine for one night.

Lighting issue
Terry at the desk was super sweet and helped with keeping our motorcycles safe under the lights. The only issue was the lack of bedside lighting other wise the location has a breakfast restaurant the next building over that is fantastic.

We booked Hey king non-smoking, But when we got there they tried to give us a double bed Smoking room and said that the other room that we booked was no longer available. However after I complained and asked for a refund the room we booked was available all of a sudden

Nice hotel
The front desk worker was so rude. They have a 24 hour check in and i arrived around 12:40 and the lady was sleep. She was mad i woke her up i guess she was talking to me so rude. First of all you are a 24 HOUR CHECK IN, its your job to check in customers any time. But i will not go back there and i used to go there every weekend to get away, but I'll find another one and the bed had bed bugs on them i was all bumped up. They dont wanna give you yoyr money back but its ok i will never return there again.

Hello, We are open 24*7, so their is no point for any getting mad on any guest that's checking in at night. We welcome everyone 24 hours.So did the front desk on that day. You came up with having Refund before check-in. She asked you to contact Expedia for the same; which you didn't wanted to. After giving you the keys, before she could complete the paper work, you came with complain for bed bugs in room. You didn't wanted to show her that too. Again she requested to contact Expedia, which again you didn't do, and were just asking for refund; and cursing her and us. You didn't contact to Expedia for your problem or your refund. And knowing last minute Cancel, would charge you 1 night charges. Finally, you stayed whole night; and yet complaining and asking for Refund. You need to follow certain rules from the website you make your reservations - which you didn't wanted to do any of it. Nor show the bed bugs to the front desk lady to prove your complain. All you want is Refund only. Sorry, with this approach and attitude, I don't think anyone will be able to give you Refund at any place. Make sure your complains are legible; don't just use Complains because you wanted Refund and the front desk lady couldn't give you. Regards,
