Top De Soto Hotel Reviews
InterContinental Kansas City at The Plaza by IHG
8/10 Good
"This property is nice, although aging. Have stayed here many times and will continue to. I will say that this most recent time we were given an adjoining room and the door In between did not go all the way to the floor. Meaning, we could hear everything happen on the other side of the door. Which was unfortunately a little awkward. Next time, I’d request a non adjoining room."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olathe
8/10 Good
"Clean, decent breakfast, staff were nice, air conditioning worked great. We stayed 1 night so I did not use pool, gym etc."
Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and comfortable. Great staff that went out of their way to help with everything we needed. The Jimmy Buffett theme is a little kitschy, but we enjoyed it for the most part, Good bar and live music, but still feels safe for families with young children (and they would love the pool). We were on the lower guest floor, but still did not hear any noise from the bar or the pool at night. Overall a very enjoyable stay for the price."
Fairfield Inn Kansas City Downtown/Union Hill by Marriott

Sonesta Essential Hotels Overland Park
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great one night stay. Our room was very nice. The bed was the best! And the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was very nice with the usual items. Very impressed. Will stay there again."
Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great except there was no small bottle of lotion. Hotel soap always dries me out so bring your own is my only suggestion. Otherwise it’s clean, friendly staff & and overall comfortable stay."
Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza
8/10 Good
"We loved the hotel rooms. It was a bonus to be able close the bedroom and sit in the living room area and read without disturbing my husband. The rooms were also very quiet. Thank you!"
