The female staff and younger male staff were very pleasant and accommodating at this location. The older man not so much. He even blocked my number from calls received at the front desk when I was asking for a new hair dryer to be brought to the room! He needs to learn about proper customer service!

This is an incredibly nice Hotel Casino. Extremely clean (still like brand new). We didn’t eat at either of the restaurants, but the menus looked phenomenal. Very friendly staff, all of them. Receptionist’s are very accommodating. Great value for the room. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. The casino was like brand new, and there was only like 15 people in the entire facility. The pool (indoor & outdoor was nice, outdoor hot tub was HUGE, water perfect. The only thing I could think of that could make this place a nearly perfect destination is if they dimmed the lights throughout the facility to accentuate the gorgeously designed building. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was good. Our actual room and bed was clean but the hallways were dirty

The motel was new, fresh, clean and well decorated. The best thing about the motel was the young lady at the front desk. She was very professional and advised us of inclement weather that was approaching. She gave us safety protocols if needed. Very impressed!

Great location and clean rooms! Hotel is easily accessible from interstate. The staff was wonderful! Pleasant and professional. The room was very spacious. Decor was pleasing. Bathroom was spacious, good shower, and other than the vanity light could have been a bit brighter, a very clean bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!
