Our shower door would not slide. Had to pick it up to move it. Took a couple minutes to figure it out. Toilet paper holder was way behind you. Not very convenient. Otherwise our stay was very good. Breakfast was just ok.

Clean, But Deceiving Practices
We chose this hotel/room because it said it had both refrigerator and microwave. We got in around 1 AM (we were in town for a family medical emergency), and there was no microwave. We needed a microwave for some dietary concerns. I thought there might be one in breakfast area. No microwave. When checking out two days later, I asked about it. They said none of those particular rooms had a microwave. I showed them where I saw it online. They agreed to give me a discount. They also pointed to a microwave behind the front desk…not exactly accessible to guests. When leaving, I checked my bank acct to see that the $ had been withdrawn. Not only was the full amount withdrawn, but there was an extra $35 charge? Pet fee? I don’t know why it would be separate. The next day, I checked bank acct again, and the full amount (except the $35) had been put back in my acct?! Another day went by, and it was taken out again. I did not appreciate the false advertising about the microwave, and then for the hotel to be playing games with my bank acct. Either take the money out once, or don’t take it at all. A business should not have the right to put it back and take it again. Strange business and bookkeeping practices. The next time we are in town (in a few weeks), we will choose a different hotel chain. If staying here, check you bank account!

We really like staying at this Hampton. It is very conveniently located. We love being able to walk to OB's, Chili's, Sonny's, Goodwill and many others. Our room was nice, clean, and had a fridge.

The stay
I wish the toilet paper was not so hard. The breakfast was good but the bread smelled funny, the bananas were green, and the sausage was not good. Wish the potatoes had some kind of crunch not just thrown in the microwave. The beds were comfortable, hot water shower, did find 2 roaches in the bathroom and by the tv.

We stayed in this hotel November 11-15, 2023 Super clean, very comfortable, easy to get to everything one can possibly need. Good breakfast. We didn't need anything special because everything was there, even the newspaper. But the front desk was very friendly so, I imagine, if you would need anything they would help. We walked to Aldi and to Publix. Publix has super delicious soups. We wanted to thank everybody for their hospitality, everybody at the front desk, breakfast room and all those people who we didn't even see but we know to have a busy place as this one to run so smoothly there has to be a lot of work done.. Special thank you to ladies who made out room so pleasant every day. We stayed in room 313.

Great all around...LOSE THE DARN FEE
Hotel, staff and room was exceptional. Breakfast..one of the best, even tho it was the usual fare, it just tasted fresher and better than others. Only concern I have is the policy of the incidentals fee, $20. This is kinda insulting. You have my card on file, why the upfront charge, supposedly to be kicked back after we check out? Get rid of this, please. It has to be a bookkeeping irritant, on both ends. Other than that, highly recommend!

Older but nice place. Only complaints were personal items (soap, shampoo, etc.) in pump bottles attached to wall. Handle on verge of coming off in tub/shower. Otherwise, nice.

AC did not work in room. When I called down to the front desk, their initial response was oh well our maintenance guy is gone for the night, no offer to try and make it better. I had to insist on another room. Poor customer service.
