Beautiful lobby, rooms not so much.

As soon as you walk in you have to take a moment to take it all in, the staff is wonderful! Very nice, attentive and caring. The pool is beautiful! Unfortunately we could not go for a swim due to the rain. As we walk to the rooms the halls do seem to get a little dirty and in bad shape. Once we got to our room there was a lightbulb missing, and some trash inside some of the drawers. The restroom was missing soap bars, shampoos, etc. We had to walk down to the front desk, but like I said the staff was very caring and quickly provided us with great products. There is a ballroom so the lobby was quite loud with the DJ playing, but i did not mind at all! I loved the friendly environment and the beautiful layout, breakfast was awesome as well. Will definitely plan a trip back!

The hotel was extremely hot, it smelled really bad. Looks nothing like the photos never again!!!!

The Good: The staff were as noce as could be and understanding despite the crowd which came with us. The Bad: OMG the elevator was the slowest I have ever seen The A/C never went below 78 (not by choice) Beds were not that comfortable Carpet was kinda dirty Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke Pool was out of service awhile Did I mention the elevator

Im Sorry your stay was not as pleasant we recently have completed in an ac renovation project and can assure you this problem has been addressed as for smoking we do charge a fee and when reported by guests as it is happening we can assure to do everything in our power to oversee this issue

A Hidden gem in Desoto, had a very nice stay with my family, the staff was completely friendly from the front desk, to the restaurant , to house cleaning. What a awesome hotel.
