It was for my honeymoon, we requested for them to do something "special"; they didn't do anything.. Not a big deal.. But when I went to go out my head on the sheet to lay down, there was spots of blood on our sheets!!! It took them about 45mins to send someone up, then another 20mins to come back to put a new sheet on the bed. In the morning I realized that the shower had a leak, so we asked to change rooms, they gave us a room without air condition. When I called to complain, the girl said that every room in the hotel was having that problem.. In the morning at breakfast, I asked two other couples that said that their air was working just fine. After speaking to a manager, they switched us yet one more time, and again.., no a/c. This place was the worst experience that I've ever had!!! I will never go back there!
