Very good hotel and closes to beach.

We really enjoy our time in this hotel. Food is very good, facilities is good and room very nice.

Bad smells everywhere

First of all, I made my reservation through Expedia and it was written that the payment includes taxes and fees but I was surprised at the hotel that I have to pay the tax one more time, also there was a bad smell near the swimming pool, bad smell at the corridors, the service stuff speaks loudly and shouting to each other. The dead sea was nice, enjoyed swimming at the pool, the room was clean and nice.

Hotel on the beach

Pros: Hotel exactly on the beach with the private teritorry
Cons: Service and food
We arrived at 4 p.m. and their was a lot of people at the reception . The rooms was not ready and not cleaned. We have a little son so got the room immediately. What was our surprise to see a completely empty room, It was first time when I saw the room without towels, even without cups for coffee, no tee or coffee, no amenities. Of course no extra bed (as it was ordered and payed) also not set. I have to go to reception because it is impossible to call. No excuse at all, just OK. Till the dinner we spent at the beach. For us it was huge surprise to see a lot of stuff at dining room and they just eating with all others guests at the same time and behave as the hosts and we were not guests. All services along all staying days was terrible. No one even thinks to apologize or even just a smile. The choice of food is very poor, every day the same, no variety. Finally when we come back to the room at the corridor we find out extra-bed, amenities and towels. They just leave all of that in the corridor like "help yourself if you need this". So, if you like nice service and nice food this hotel not for you!

Overcrowded dump

Pros: Nothing
Overcrowded, broken, dirty, run down hotel with summer camp dining room for all inclusive meals. Staff don't care, service is sub-par at best. Life is too short-stay somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Food has to improve!

Everithing,except for the food, was very good. The meals, though, did not meet the high standard claimed by the hotel.

Great food and entertainment. Great for family's with kids. Very comfortable. Very clean pool.

noisy hotel in the middle of nowhere

Pros: near location to the dead sea.
Cons: first of all the hotel service should pay more attention to the hygiene - for me it is not acceptable that vegetable and fruits are unwashed.
Location: Good location to see Jerusalem and Beer Sheva. In the distance about 5 km is shopping centre.
I spent there 3 nights and to be honest i am not able to recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are looking for peace and quite, don't go there!!! Noisy and neglected with lots of people from different nationalities (running kids everywhere). The most awful thing is smell - in the lobby choking cheap soap, in the halls and lifts smells sth like in the rundown railway station. Hotel restaurant is far away from basic hygiene - tableware is not clean and vegetable served to us were not washed. The room is nice but in a need of renovation, especially restroom. Be careful for cockroaches. Beach service is ok, but most of sunbeds are broken.

Pros: Swimming pool, private beach
Room was very old, yet very large. Bathroom smelled like sewage and there some ants on the porch.

Pros: Food is good
The hotel is in poor condition. Everything is rusty and dusty. Inside it looks more like a second tier motel. The food is actually quite good. Most of the crowd is 65+. My wife went to Spa and said that the massage was good but all the facilities were very much aged. There is almost no territory for walking and the beach is small for the building. It should be very crowded during peak season.
