Hotel on the beach

We arrived at 4 p.m. and their was a lot of people at the reception . The rooms was not ready and not cleaned. We have a little son so got the room immediately. What was our surprise to see a completely empty room, It was first time when I saw the room without towels, even without cups for coffee, no tee or coffee, no amenities. Of course no extra bed (as it was ordered and payed) also not set. I have to go to reception because it is impossible to call. No excuse at all, just OK. Till the dinner we spent at the beach. For us it was huge surprise to see a lot of stuff at dining room and they just eating with all others guests at the same time and behave as the hosts and we were not guests. All services along all staying days was terrible. No one even thinks to apologize or even just a smile. The choice of food is very poor, every day the same, no variety. Finally when we come back to the room at the corridor we find out extra-bed, amenities and towels. They just leave all of that in the corridor like "help yourself if you need this". So, if you like nice service and nice food this hotel not for you!
