Hotel has nice view of Dead Sea

Wonderful food and spa facilities Disadvantage is that as it is not on the main road and on an incline you have to drive or get taxi to the beach There is hotel shuttle but only once an hour Too hot to walk on Summer. Room cleanliness could be improved

mixed feeling

Pros: Dead Sea salt water indoor pool
Cons: service
Location: Dead Sea is 10 min walking distance. All other hotels are actually on a beach. We used Herods beach. You do not want to walk in 100F heat.
Overall - below average service. My stay in hotel start with wrong room, I requested 2 separate beds during booking and get one. Front desk clerk said not to worry and someone will give me another room shortly. After 10 pm I was told by another front desk clerk that there are no room with 2 beds available and they will send someone to bring a cot for a night and next day I will definitely get another room. The phone in my room did not work, on my 3rd trip to front desk after 11 pm yet another clerk tell me same story. So far - no 2nd bed. This time I stay there waiting for that someone to actually get me a temp bed. Clerk was staring at me from time to time and making few more phone calls and at last I get my 2nd bed. The attendant who brought it in was on his cell phone all the time, just walk in drop the bed in a corner and left. I prep it myself, just not used to this kind of (luck of) service in US. The next day I went again for room replacement and did not get it until 3rd day. Food all-included is buffet self service - some is good, some is OK. Gym consist of 1 treadmill, 1 weight combo machine and 3 sets of dumbbells. We rented a car and were able to travel around and see many beautiful places otherwise we would had much worse experience.

All facilities are there and everything worked , however the decor is not great and the hotel is run down.

There is no enough parking. It was a "mission impossible" to get bathrobes. It is expected to have it in the room for such a price.

Do not go there!!! Stay away.

This hotel is for senior citizens. Great ppl but all of them over 65, old school Israelies that will step on u to get were they are going. Hotel is dirty, rooms are dirty. At night Jets flying very close to hotel as this place is right in the border with Jordan. Very scary! Morning breakfast had to wait for 25 minutes to eat, food sucks, nothing is fresh. Do not waist your US dollars here, As American this does not come close to what iam use to, this is like a Motel 6. Stag doesn't speak English only Hebrew, I told all this to the front desk when checking out, but they didn't care.

Good Choice for one night

Pros: Lobby
Cons: Customer Service, renovate rooms
Location: you need a car or walk 3 km to a commercial zone.
is it ok for one night. Not on the beach but there is a transfer every 20 min. Rooms must be renovated.

Disappointment

The facility is too crowded with not enough room for guests in their spa area. On the second day of my stay they were conducting reconstruction of the Dead Sea water pool. This basically deemed other areas inaccessible and the construction noise was making experience far from relaxing. If I knew about this, I wouldn't come. Food court is poorly serviced and you are surrounded by dirty tables etc. All in all this was quite a disappointment.

Clean and worth it

great price for this very expensive location and wonderful half-board experience--kind of a requirement in Dead Sea area as there are so few restaurants available there.

This place is a Sh** hole

to start with the rooms are dirty, the food is unfit for dogs, this hotel shouldn't get even one star. My advise stay away. the staff is rude at best. the worst experience ever.
