"This property is stunning. Walking around the “villages”, you feel like you are transported back in time. Infinity pools and private Dead Sea access are definitely the draws of this place. However, all the staff members are what made this place so memorable to us. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. My only negative feedback were the expensive and low quality dinner options. I’d recommend The Grill over some of the other option. Avoid the Italian place! The pizza tasted like cardboard. Also, the lounge chairs by the pools could use some updating. For a 5-star hotel, this seem sup-par "

"we could stay there and eat all day long ....perfect beach and spa ....honest stuff...they found one bag that we forgot and send it to germany to us .... only complain is they didnt know that our stay was already paid but we show them the transaction in our banking app and everything was okay... "We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely hotel. We were quickly checked in and given an upgraded room with a beautiful full sea view. The spacious room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large buffet breakfast and dinner were good too. We enjoyed the small beach, where we could float in the sea, and there were buckets of mud available."

"Right from the time we pulled in they greeted us and directed us to be checked in, no line to wait on. After checking in after 4 pm we wanted to get to the beach and enjoy the first time at the Dead Sea and the beach access they have has everything you want. Including a great sunset. The rooms and bed were very comfortable. The food and breakfast they serve is good too."
