Overrated, clearly past its prime
Posted Mar 5, 2017
Where to begin? If you are thinking about a peaceful, getaway, stay away from room K24. Hell, stay away from this hotel all together. It is clearly a property which has seen better days. What about the service, you may ask? We specifically asked for a quiet room since our kid goes to bed early, esp by Middle Eastern standards. What did we get? A room facing the main breakfast/dinner buffet dining room and bar with bass. By the time the belly dancing began, our daughter was asleep and it was too late to request a room change. And so we hung out on the balcony, waiting to see if our daughter wakes up before the bar's subwoofer blows out. Good times. I will not spill too much ink on loose fixtures, stinky toilet, rusty bathwater, moist towels or wet seat cussions. Our best advice - stay away, there are better options on Jordan's Dead Sea strip.
