Expensive for what it is

Posted Oct 30, 2016
The hotel is clean and elegant and the food served in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were clean but for example some of the bathroom fixtures were loose in the walls. The hotel has one comparatively small swimming pool that refills from the nearby hot springs.... and that's it. There is a good small gym with new equipment too and you can go walking on short walks around the hotel in the rocky valley. There is a nearby spa with other pools, massage, etc available for substantial additional fees. if your purposes is strict relaxation or medical treatment at the spa, this is the place to go, but if your outside is tourism, activity and a more dynamic environment, then the big Dead Sea hotels would be a better bet,

Nice hot springs

Posted Sep 17, 2016
Pros: Comfortable beds, nice atmosphere
Cons: Buffet price lowered
The resort was decorated very nicely, the beds were comfortable, but the buffet was very expensive. The hot pool and waterfalls were enjoyed.

Worst experience

Posted Sep 17, 2016
This hotel should be 2 stars, very low standard, the only problem that it's the only hotel in the hot springs area, but still worth to skip the journey for this reason. you have to call the reception 4 to 8 times until someone answers , over priced, over rated, no activities or entertainment. They let women swim with their outfit ( jeans, shirt and the head cover) And they think they are the best hotel ever. Overall I really don't recommend this hotel, especially for tourists who comes from different countries. I travel a lot but it's the first time I write a review in my life, just for the sake to warn people and not to have high expectations.

Amazing hot springs and close to the hotel

Posted Jul 22, 2016
Staff are very helpful, hotel is nice, no kids club, no outdoor AC outside, food buffet items are not labeled, no baggies to spa, only mini vans, spa charges 30JOD to enter for hotels guests, spa needs to add scents.

Beautiful hotel and location, pity about the lack.

Posted May 7, 2016
The toilet was dirty, the television came on four times during the night (couldn't figure out the timer and didn't want someone coming to the room in the middle of the night), pool was a circus. Front desk was not responsive to complaints. The waiting staff are fantastic.

Peaceful experience

Posted Oct 9, 2015
Pros: Location, facilities, comfort, style and equipment
Cons: Staff somewhat hesitant and not that efficient although extremely courteous, determined and volonteer
Location: Dead Sea - Karak
Great location in the middle of nowhere - Quiet peaceful with a great view on the mountains - Food is of great quality and well diversified and comfort among the best with proper style wooden furniture and equipment - Great experience for resting and enjoying the Dead Sea experiences from outside especially when it is hot and there is no wind there -

Great way to experience the hot springs

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: The location, the extremely comfortable rooms, breakfast, the helpful staff.
Cons: The 'cool' pool is a little underwhelming but you're there for the hot springs which are better.
This hotel is situated in an oasis-like ravine between the mountains around the Dead Sea, so the location is pretty spectacular. We watched the sun set over the mountains which was really special. It's mid-summer now so not the best time to visit the hot springs, but we still enjoyed sitting in the hotel's hot spring pools. This hotel would be excellent in winter and so we are planning to come back in the cooler months. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, there was a good breakfast. You are a little isolated and apart from going to Madaba or the malls at the Dead Sea there is no way you can eat outside the hotel, so either be prepared to eat in one of the hotel's very nice (but expensive) restaurants or plan ahead.

Nice hotel and spa with good ambience and scenery

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Cons: Swimming pool needs overhaul. Atleast 2-3 power points in each room
Friendly staff. Good rooms but room had only one power point. Not enough !. also the heated swimming pool had a few mosaic tiles coming off. Needs maintenance upgrade for the swimming pool.
