The friendliness hotel I have ever stayed at.

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. They did everything in there power to make you feel like you were staying with friends or family. The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond what I expected with Stacy abd Diane attending to you like we're at there own home. It was an amazing experience to see the kindness they had for total strangers. The day we left it snowed and I even saw the desk clerk helping someone scrap the snow and ice off there vehicle . I have traveled extensively throughout the world and have stayed in fancier and more expensive hotels. But I have never stayed in a NICER hotel. I would give them 10 stars on a scale of 5. The power of human kindness was just Amazing to see in action and a lost art in most hotels. I would stay there again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful staff

Location: Located right off highway. Multiple eating establishments within minutes of hotel
Came in with semi. Staff provided vehicle to go up town to eat. Started breakfast early so we could eat before we left. Wonderful

Location: Convenient location with good parking.
Comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. Little "extras" not found at all hotels. Breakfast was very good and definitely a step above. Nice pillows, too!

Location: Spearfish canyon was lovely.
Helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast. Room was clean and comfy.

Great employees!

Pros: Employees were great!
Cons: Remote of the fireplace was missing, but it wasn't worth going to front desk to ask for a new one. Too tired. :)
Location: More stuff to do than can be listed. We were in the area for 4 days and barely scratched the surface.
Everything was great with the hotel, but the breakfast attendant was the BEST! She showed us where everything was, cooked us up some fresh omelettes, and was working her butt off to help all the people coming in (it was a full house). I saw she won the 2016 Breakfast Attendant of the Year, and that is no surprise after I saw her in action.

I apologize~ the fireplace is not remotely operated. There is a switch next to the fireplace for turning it on with a timer. Thank you for your kind words about our hotel!

HD Road Trip

Awesome ...awesome...awesome !!!!! Best value I have ever expierience in years of motorcycling though USA.
