The room was clean and quiet. Convenient location. Check in staff needed prompting to tell me how to get to the room and where to park. Perhaps she assumed we had previously stayed there.

Very nice property right on Main St so convenient to everything. Also walkable to Days of 76 event center. Property was very clean & the room was spacious. We were greeted by staff every time we returned to the hotel. Had a great server at on-site restaurant. Would recommend & we will return.

Quality hotel/casino
Very well managed hotel/casino. Very pleased with the service and security this hotel offers. Service was friendly and team makes you feel welcome. Security was great as valet monitored the parking garage and very helpful in offering help. Hotel stay was comfortable and clean. Also very convenient on the strip of downtown; casinos and gift shops. Great place to stay. We will definitely return.

Always a comfortable stay.
I love the Mineral Palace for their service, location, cleanliness and variety of slot machines (for the gamblers). Reasonable rates too...Deadwood is an awesome destination. The Mineral Palace has never let me down.

Have stayed multiple times. This time I wasn’t impressed. My room had dirty towels and hair all over. Ok, things happen. Then I check my account and they charged me again and I was told that it would be reversed. It was and recharged, can’t get ahold of a manager, keep getting they will call you.

We stayed in a “VIP Suite”. Only thing VIP about the room was the large bathroom. Other than that the room was quite average. The curtains were filthy. The “large flat screen tv” was no more than 32” if that. If you forgot any toiletries (ie toothbrush) there are none provided to you. The staff does not bring things to your room if asked, you have to go down and get them. The private elevator is also used for everyone going to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Overall this was an average stay for an above average price.

Girls weekend
We have stayed at many hotels in Deadwood and the Mineral Palace is now in our top 3 favorites. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beds were comfy however the pillows were not great. Water pressure was great in the shower. Rooms were alittle noisy from the traffic on the roads, coming through the window. Good location and they have valet service, always a bonus. They have free coffee and cookies stocked up all the time at the front desk 👍

Booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking. Rooms need a lot of fixes. Really old beds and pillows. Could use a deep clean as well. Knew we weren't booking luxury room so we were ok with it. Friendly staff. Didn't eat this time but previous visits food was good. It wouldn't be our first pick but for the price we'd stay there again.

The hotel was very nice, the workers were extremely nice and helpful, the restaurant was very good, it was a great stay. They were just under staffed when I was there, but it seemed that was a common theme in the area. I would highly recommend the hotel!

Price was fair for what you got. Had pets with us and they tried to charge us $35 /pet when I may reservation it was $25. Still a little expensive for 2 small dogs
