Horrible Front Desk Staff

We checked in at 12am and the front desk person (Lawrence) acted like I was bothering him. He had my credit card for a long time. I informed him that I had already paid through expedia and he said he knew that. When I get to the room I checked my bank account and he charged me again. The room had a bad odor and the floor was dirty. Upon checking out I spoke with Megan at the FD and informed her that my card was charged. She stated she was aware and that it was refunded. She gave us a gift certificate for a free night. But honestly, I didn't want to stay there again.

Nice clean hotel

The only complaint. .... no coffee lids or muffins for the breakfast the offer as a compliment.

It's not clean The elevator doesn't go to fourth floor. It stands on the third floor only. There is no breakfast. Just coffee and cookies.

Mirrors were not clean. Elevator to room dirty. Liquor bottles in the parking lot

Would stay again

Stayed at the hotel for Supercross at Ford Field. Fourth year in a row going to Detroit and trying out different hotels..This one is very nice and in a good location. The roads are a little confusing to navigate if you are going to eat, even though food is only down the road. Lobby is nice and the staff was very friendly. Our room had a kitchenette and smelled a little like pot.. but overall was clean. Beds were OK, but the pillows were flat and old feeling. Bathroom was nice.. We didn't wake up early enough for breakfast and missed the pool after the event we were at.. All in all nice Hotel.

Affordable suite

The room smelled like sweat. The bathroom was nice exceptmy room had no hot water im the shower, just luke warm. The Bathroom Sink had hot water running good, just (Annoying on a 10 degree night/day)!! Its in a great location, but seems to not to be ran well. The Back door, the actual door clamp was taped so any random person could walk in at anytime of the day/night. Unsafe! Old bedding amd light fixtures, new tv. Kitchen was big and managable. Thanks for the stay! Good luck!

decent place for the price

Cons: slightly better cleaning
Though i was there nearly 5 days, and asked for room to be cleaned just once, they would not do it unless you stayed for a week or longer.
