“Six of us stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. It was easily accessed and clean. Three large bedrooms gave plenty of space - kitchen, dining, sitting area large enough for 6 adults. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town but we found the bus service excellent and very reasonably priced. There are small grocery shops and bakeries very close by so getting breakfast provisions each morning was easy. We had a great time in San Sebastián despite the large crowds around the……

“This was an amazing property!!! The views from the property were amazing. Cristina, the host greeted us. She and her husband even took us on a hike on the property to have better views of the surrounding countryside. The property is close to all there is to see in San Sebastián. I highly recommend this beautiful modern house!!”

“Fue muy agradable quedarnos en este precioso piso.”

“This was a great space for my family. The amenities were great, and the hosts were very helpful and attentive. It is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated this apartment while we stayed in San Sebastián! ”

“We had to leave early and rent a hotel after 7 days, with 7 days remaining on our vacation because there was many cockroaches in the rental unit. The unit is in need of a lot of help. My husband found that this was a bad experience and I don’t know if I could convince him to do this again. Regards”

“Absolutely amazing location. Beautiful view. Lovely space. Comfortable and cozy. So close to everything - the beach, shops, amazing restaurants. The host made everything easy and was so gracious. Parking was available close by which was key. We just never wanted to leave the amazing balcony. One of the best views I've ever had. Totally true to the pictures in the listing which so many aren't. Two very very small suggestions. Coffee maker was confusing. Unable to make it work. Could include……

“Everything was exactly as described. The space is perfect for a couple and the view of LaConcha was beautiful. The host communicated well and check in/out was super easy. Hopefully we can come visit again!”

“Mari Carmen’s flat was perfect for our four week stay in San Sebastián. We used her terrace as much as possible as the weather was beautiful. The flat is in perfect location and easy walking to all neighborhoods in town. Mari Carmen was so responsive to our many questions. She offered suggestions for day trips, eating, shopping and more. We were sad to leave this lovely flat and beautiful city, but we will return to both!”
