Nothing really unique. They did not clean rooms unless requested. When i would go to the desk no one would be there so i could request. Waiting up to 20 minutes. Not friendly, not convenient, and not clean.

Oh man. This has to be one of the worst places i have stayed. Started with the parking lot not being plowed. Then there were no automatic doors. Getting in the door was a struggle. The check in was dumb and she took a copy of my cc. Why? I am sensitive to smells and this place has them all. It just goes on. What a mistake and never again.

A Properties Good Attempt Was Foiled By Hotels.com
The attempt of the Baymont to offer a kindness of early check-in was complicated by Hotels.com with the effect of almost causing a rift between the hotel's reception and us. Through a stellar effort by the hotels management, the early check-in was accomplished. The room was adequate and served the night's purpose. The hotel itself had its own situations with which to deal including employees not showing up and an installation of a washing machine having difficulty. All in all, with all things considered, our stay was very pleasant and safe. I would consider staying there again, in the future. Good location, easy to find, near shopping and restaurants are its hallmark with a good layout of rooms, attractive lobby and a adequate breakfast offered the traveler.

Try to scam you by charging you and saying Expedia didnt pay them. Then you have to goto expedia and get refund. Terrible terrible people. Also did it to someone before I got there

Many reviews were terrible about this hotel. It's an older facility and could use some work. The price was very inexpensive. Not sure why everyone nitpicks about every little detail. Then stay in a more expensive place. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. I stayed there one night.

The lady at the front desk seemed like she was having a bad day. I’m in customer service and I understand but along with the place smelling like marijuana she was aggressive and not a nice customer service person. The sheet on the bed had a stain from i don’t know what on it and i was not a fan of this hotel. 2/10

I wanted a disability roomand it was on the ground floor,and handrails but on expedia i marked needed a roll in shower or walk in shower which this motel doesn't have, so something was miss represented, but in all it was clean plenty of parking and quiet other than the shower it was a nice place

Pet Friendly? Not! Nowhere did they say they would charge an extra $50 for our 2 dogs (each under 15 lbs). And that was not refundable. Run down hotel. Not the cleanest.

Thank you for your comments, when you booked with third party you may need to disclose that you have two dogs, and I am sure your booking agent would have advised you for pet fees, we also have sign at checking for pet fees information. The couple running this establishment had difficulty understanding English. There was also a plexiglass barrier completely covering the opening except for a small slit at the bottom where they could slide a sheet of paper making it very difficult to communicate. The lady was the only one who seemed to be able to run the computer. She also seemed to be in charge of the breakfast area. People were trying to check out and had to wait on her because the guy seemed to be really confused about the computer and the system. While we were having our breakfast, one guest got coffee and then had to warm it in the microwave because it was cold. I am a Wyndham member and was disappointed with this affiliate.

Thank you for your respond, glass is to protect both guest and staff, for any viruses. There is no couple running this place but they are all staff members. Gentleman was not confused but system has been upgraded therefore Lady came in to complete checkout process and provided information requested, we will see you again. Thank you again for your input.

There is none owner works here, or any one try to kick you out, possible reminder call for check out time, since guest has an option to renew or check out on time, per registration card at 11: am.

We booked this hotel due to a limited number of other options in the area. The property is located well back into a dead end, industrial-like cul-de-sac area that was pretty poorly lit for a name-brand hotel like Wyndham. It felt pretty isolated. The building had some immediately noticeable maintenance issues with paint and loose, dirty carpeting in the stairwell up to our room. There was also a large number of stink bugs in that same stairwell that were infiltrating the building somehow. The room had many of the same issues and really needed a fresh coat of paint and some other updates to be fully comfortable. The bath towels and rags were worn through and dingy looking. The bedding was clean and the bed was still suprisingly comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very kind and it appears to be a business run by a husband/wife. I did not see any other staff besides them at any time. I suspect the upkeep is too much for what is a purposefully small staff. The price was still acceptable for what I received.

Property will NOT tell you about certain policies they have so when something happens they will basically tell you to piss off and that they already told you the policy leaving you without any kind of refund. Don’t bother trying to argue with them because they will just call the sheriffs department. Didn’t even get the room that I paid for and received the worst service. Will not be staying here again

Most of the time, if Guest comes in with 3rd party reservation, Hotel is now able to respond of policy...guest need to follow up with whom they have booked room with to follow reservation policy....

For starters I was put in a room(#110) that had a terrible mold/mildew stinch and after one week I requested getting another room which the lady was ok with. Afterwards I thanked her for moving me and I mentioned that they should check the hear/AC and or the plumbing for mold/mildew she then said that's not a problem but they had water damage due to having the roof replaced recently. Thet basically knew the room had mildew mold water damage and still put guest in there. The owner was always in the lobby watching everyone.. Not to mention they would go into your rook even with a do not disturb sign on the door and cut your AC off and blame it on maintenance. Thet do not respect the guest at all. Room service took hours as they had to launder the linens as they apparently had no extras. The breakfast was a joke. Milk and OJ watered down and again the owner sat in the lobby watching everyone like a hawk like they were stealing everything. I was one of many nuke outage workers in the areas for the Clinton power plant outage and I can assure you nuclear workers are amongst the most honest and trustworthy of people and we were treated like children. I absolutely will never stay here again due to very poor management that has no respect for the guest. Absolutely ridiculous, please people find any other place to stay.

Chris, Owner has not been at the property since last 6 months, I am not sure who told you there is an owner on premises....We were to provide you room at 2nd floor and we did not had room, we were all booked and full on1st floor, We only gave you 1st floor room per your humble request, once we had another room available we moved you immediately to different room, if you felt mold smell, I am sorry to hear that, we are in process of taking care of it. You were on your own, you did not mentioned any of these things while your stay at Hotel, again there is no owner at the premises.....and you never wanted any service to your room or mentioned any thing, I am sorry to hear this that you felt this way...But all these many days you stay here and even you have extended your stay as well, without mentioned any of your concern....that you for letting us know...

There is nothing I liked about it. The bed had dirt in it. The first room they gave us was dirty hadn’t even met bed and hadn’t been made puke in the sink located in the second room just one day the floor felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The sheets had stains on them. It was just disgusting. I will never stay there again for the price.

Ouch. Dang. I am 67 years old. Stayed at literally thousands of hotels. Walked out last night. First time ever. Prepaid reservation was a serious inconvenience to the night clerk. Hotel smelled so bad it was embarrassing. Nuff said. Dont go.

Decent hotel
Hotel is in decent condition for it's age. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and clean. The breakfast was a little disappointing. They are still displaying a notice blaming the barebones breakfast on the Covid. I have stayed in several Baymont properties this summer that are back to serving a full breakfast. At least the price was in line with the service provided.

It took a 1/2 hour to get checked in. They took out our money on Wednesday before we checked in on Friday. We had to ask for another room because the first one was not clean and smelled. 2nd one was still questionable. You get what you pay for. If if don’t care about time or cleanliness, this is the place for you.

Dennis, You enjoyed breakfast, and you did not mentioned any of these things while you were at hotel,..... and you have been coming to Hotel repeatedly, I sorry to hear this from you, you never mentioned your family to book room directly with us, your family has concerned that you never gave them direction to book room directly with us, as well, you have been booking your room with third party as well, where we cannot do any discounts....you need to ask third party broker / booking agent to whom you choose for discounts if there is any...

Although the property was clean and in good order, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable when it came to resolving a payment issue. The issue involved a double charge for my stay. I prepaid for one night and the hotel charged me again once I arrived. The hotel is refusing to acknowledge this error and will not refund the second charge.

It is all about your bank, they post a pending and authorization, there is no auto system to take money twice for same reservation, you need to dig into more your self by contacting your credit card company or your bank, sorry to hear this but we have provide paid receipt only for your stay, and there was no extra charge.....

1st time at Baymont
The hotel is a little rundown. I was surprised that there was no elevator. It was hot in the stairwell and hallway. AC was not turned on or bad air circulation. The room was also hot when I first arrived. The hotel hadn't bothered to turn on the AC to cool the room, even though they had my reservation for several hours before the 3 pm check in time. Parking lot needs to be restriped.

I booked on Expedia but they took 15 minutes to check me in. Entered my license and credit card information numerous times. Signs everywhere stating you would be charged for things taken from the room. I get it but seriously? Made me want to check the room for everything when I got there. Person that started checking me in was very rude. Signs still everywhere about all the things you would not get because of COVID. Breakfast was barely there.
