When we first got there, nobody was at the front. It took us about 10 minutes before we could actually check in but after that it was smooth sailing. It’s been four days since we left and I still don’t have the credit back on my card. I don’t know if that’s a bank issue or if that’s a hotel issue but outside of those two things it was wonderful.

The staff could not have been better! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this property - the area around the property feels safe, the staff are exceedingly pleasant & professional and the rooms are always extra clean. Instant hot water in the showers, little to no external noise can be heard from the room, excellent coffee, a mini-fridge and a microwave. They have a bar/restaurant during certain hours of the day and a well-stocked ‘convenience store’ available 24x7. Highly recommend!

I recommend a stay
Wonderful stay in a remodeled hotel. Great showers, new carpet, and comfortable bedding. Staff was willing to go the extra mile to make it special. Outdoor gas firepit was a plus. Wish they had a pool. The only thing wrong that I could see was that the ice machine had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Black buildup was visable.

Highly recommend this location the hotel was great
Location was amazing. The hotel is undergoing some construction, but the check-in was seamless. The room was amazing. It was comfortable and quiet and the staff was super friendly! Warm baked cookies topped off a perfect overnight stay

It was okay, but would have liked to have known of current construction of building. It was confusing and very inconvenient. The complimentary coffee was cold and my breakfast order was over looked and then when the staff realized it. The food was soggy and tasted terrible. The only good thing was the Starbucks coffee. The ladies at the front desk were very nice despite the ruined stay.

The water in the shower wasn't nearly hot enough. The brand new plugs and USB plugs did not work in the nightstand. Everything else was very clean and brand new.

There was no mention of the property under renovations when I booked. The front desk associate was very nice upon check-in. The morning associate was nowhere to be found when we were ready to check out. We waited for breakfast to be available & they didn't seem to have any regular hours therefore we left. Wouldn't recommend for these reasons.

We feel for the price we paid, that even though they were remodeling the floors and elevator should be cleaner. Maybe they need more help with the remodeling or more help with cleaning. No free breakfast and yet the cost of the stay was high compared to other stays. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and we can't blame them for the mess. There was also something in our tub that should have been cleaned,

Should have been informed of construction work that started at 8 am. We had arrived after midnight and were rudely woken up by construction noise. Would have liked a breakfast buffet or at least complimentary coffee in lobby.

Great! Great! Great!
Great location. Great stay. Comfortable bed and the sofa couch too. Only down side was the “bar” had an underage server so no alcohol on New Year’s Eve. Manager needs to prepare for us adults especially on NYE! Logan’s within walking distance though.

When we checked in I had paid for a room with a king bed , and couch pin the room , but when I went to the first room they gave me , no king bed or no couch in room, So I went back to tell them , that is not what I paid for and showed them the photo of what I paid for , They did them give me another room , with a king bed and a couch, But when we went to that room the key thing did not work , but then the person who helped me came up and fixed that , it all felt so unsettling, I felt hurt by what they did , By giving me the wrong room at first , they were nice about it after I confronted them , but I felt icky after that whole thing had happened , I use to think that Hilton’s were the best of the best , but I don’t feel that way, truth be told I wished I had stayed at a different place , and you had to buy your breakfast , not a continental one, From now on I will not choose Hilton ever again , For the money it wasn’t worth it

I requested a room on the first floor and received the handicapped room, #101. I did not need those features and the room had a terrible smell. I went back down to the desk and asked for another room. I got the handicap room on the third floor, #301. It did not smell but didn't need the features. Service was good and the person at the front desk was very apologetic.

We had a room on first floor, when we walked in to the room, the air conditioner was off all day and the smell was unpleasant. Also they have breakfast that you have to buy, we’ve been to this hotel before and had a free breakfast before… shame..

The staff was super nice!! The property looked nice upon arrival. I was offered an upgrade to a balcony room. Once I got to my room it was a door with a 12" step out and over looked a roof that was full of cigarette butts. I went to get in the shower that had blood in the tub and mold around the fixtures. Meaning the bathroom was never cleaned after last use. I will give this property another try because I feel like someone was lazy that day and did not do their job properly.
