Great hotel

Stayed for a week. Nice continental breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants and a Target is located across the street. Took an Uber to Braves game like $20.

Very clean, Great Staff, Great Breakfast

Pros: Great Breakfast, Clean Room, Great Shower pressure
Cons: I liked our entire stay, there is nothing that I felt needed improvement
Location: It was right off the interstate, in a nice section of town, we were visiting Stone Mountain so we had a lot to do
We had a very clean room, everything was neat and worked well, the Staff was helpful with every question and need, the breakfast was great ! I( It was cereal, Waffles you make yourself , etc ) ( Do not expect a hot breakfast bar, but we loved what they had ) My wife and kids and I enjoyed our stay here, THANKS !

Pros: The staff was very cordial, professional and efficient. The housekeeping crew was exceptional; our room was immaculate every day of our stay.
Cons: Equipment should be upgraded. Even after the elevator was repaired, it still jerked when starting and stopping. Appearance was dated and worn.
Location: Very convenient to all we were doing in the NE Atlanta area.
The elevator was out of service for 2 days. The staff was very helpful with taking our belongings up for us, but that didn't get us up 4 flights of stairs!

Tucker hotel close to everything

The staff is so kind and friendly. I have stayed there many times with work and they make a point to remember my likes and always ask if I was happy with my room and my stay.

too much noise the building was under construction

too much noise. the building was under construction. i couldn't tell until they started hammering on the walls on the floor under me which was cutting into my sleeping time. i really didn't appreciate this. the staff was very professional other then that issue. i feel like they are not meeting the standard for what they are charging per night.

Older property conveniently located

The desk staff were very friendly. The room had a big stain on the ceiling and smudges on the wall, none of which affected a good night's sleep. The hall and elevator smelled like air freshener, and I prefer that a hotel not smelll like anything at all.

Pictures online do not provide the real picture of the hotel. Halls smell like smoke even though I was on a non-smoking hall. Walls are thin so you can hear noises & when baths are taken place. Lighting in the rooms were dimmed.

Worst hotel ever

Stains on the carpet, curtains were stained and parts of the curtain had pieces out of them. Felt like I had bugs on me all night. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone
