It was clean the pool wasn’t too small it was the only one with rooms available in this area. Also the staff was nice to.

The hotel was warm and dry, unlike all roads leading to it. The staff were friendly and polite even though people were coming in day and night overwhelmed from flooding homes with crying children. Everything felt very clean but hospitable. We loved the metal accents to the decor, the bar and restaurant were both delicious and comfortable.

Seriously? No hot water guys? No matter how long i left the water running, nothing. I forgot to mention that to the desk.

We had a lovely stay. Was concerned that with so many people at the lobby bar and in for tournaments and football games that it would be loud and uncomfortable. But hotel staff went out of their way to stress quiet hours, and it never became an issue. We slept well and comfortably. The beds are amazing. Room was spacious abs clean. The woman at the Herb n Kitchen was very nice and helpful but understafffed. Not her fault but she needs more help, as the lines were long to get coffee.

I got the best comfort for the night in Dedham Massachusetts I couldn’t ask for more red wine and connect four. Who could ask for anymore. Wonderful time and was up for work in the nick of time.

Great service and clean room. Friendly bartenders and front desk. The food was great and the bed was comfortable. Shower was handicap and not necessary.

Arrived at 4:30 pm to check in. When finally helped we were told we were getting a double bed room even though we had booked AND previously paid for a king room. When this was mentioned we were told we would have to wait. Two hours later our room was finally ready. Nothing was offered to help make our extremely inconvenient wait more acceptable. After having to wait two hours we were then late for reservations we had made at a local restaurant. The door to the room doesn’t open unless you play with the handle- finding this out AFTER we made the long journey from the front desk to the actual room. Getting into the room the bathroom cleanliness was less than stellar. Water all over the toilet seat and floor and the complimentary soap and shampoo were used and not replenished when they “cleaned” the room. One, yes one towel was given. Fast forward to the morning - our reservations said complimentary breakfast... wrong. Vouchers weren’t given at the time of check in so we would have had to pay for our meals. We go back to the room for our coffee and all that is offered is decaf. So we then had to chase down someone with a cart to give us coffee and towels. We had cancelled our reservation at the holiday inn for this hotel. What a mistake.
