Very disappointed with this 'Hilton' property. Room booked was not properly cleaned prior to arrival, the phone was not functioning within the room and room had bugs.
Management was responsive to the condition of the room, but the damage was done to the guest's experience. We advise to use a different property until the property is brought up to Hilton standards.
