Busy hotel in a quiet place

The hotel is pretty far from downtown Boston,the transportation nearby is not very convenient either. The facilities and conditions are really good. But it seemed like that they are really short at the employees . I called the guests service for more washing staffs like shampoos and soaps, unexpectedly,the lady asked me to go to the front desk get them by myself . When I got there and find that only one person was on duty there . I don't blame her for the poor service as she was too busy to Handle many things at the same time. Only hope that you can realize that problem and improve your service to the real Hilton standard. By the way, there was no paper and no pen in the room.

I got stuck in the elevator numerous times , then in the morning the elevator wasn't working at all , I have asthma and other health issues had to use stairs to go to my room which was on the top floor, I was out of breath all the time when I got upstairs!!! Elevators need to be fixed or inspected!!

I was very unsatisfied with my stay at the Hilton. The hotel was under renovations, there was construction going on all throughout the morning until later in the evening everyday during my stay. The first night in the hotel was okay but the second and third night the A/C did not work in the entire hotel and I was completely miserable. The beds were not that comfortable and neither were the pillows. For a Hilton I truly had higher expectations for my stay, needless to say I will never choose to stay at a Hilton again. If I had known this hotel was going to be under renovations I would have never choose to stay here.

Stayed on a Saturday night and hallways were very noisy. Maybe need more soundproofing in the doors.

disappointing

Room cleaniness was disappointing. Leaking faucet tub will not drain called to fix x 2 and never fixed.

Undergoing construction.

Pros: Very good price. Nice people. Their shuttle to local areas is great. Free parking.
Cons: Free breakfast would be a plus. Expensive restaurant buffet. No
Location: About 45 minutes from Boston with public transportation, but the first part of the trip is by train which does not come very often.
Nice hotel with lots of little things to repair. The room was nice and clean, but very basic.

I was here for 2 nights and never was able to get the temperature correct. I'd adjust for more heat and it seemed to blow out cold air. I am a Hilton Honors member. I do not travel a lot. I thought it was little disappointing not to get at least one morning of the buffet breakfast free. And to top it off, the eggs were cold!

Nice for a quick stay or business

My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel during our travels. It was nice, but renovations were being done due to a water burst. I would stay there again. The Legacy Place and University Station are both one exit away each direction.
