confusing entrance, but close to highway

Excellent staff and location

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel location was perfect for catching the train to the pat's game and also going into the city!

NEEDS ONE THING

Pros: The 3-room gym facilities.
Cons: 1. New heating system with simple thermostat adjustment for temperature and quiet blower or baseboard 2. Continental breakfast and reasonable prices.
A better heating system is all this hotel needs. We had two rooms. The heat system had a loud fan. Could not sleep with that much noise. It's possible I couldn't make it warmer because of a complicated programmable thermostat that I couldn't figure out. Worse, I couldn't get the temperature above 65. In the other, room, the temperature was OK, but the blower kept going on and off. No chance for a decent sleep. As for the facilities, I had a great workout. They have 3 large rooms for exercise with lots of equipment and free weights. Didn't have time to try, but they had a neat indoor pool and a hot tub. Very nice facility but I can't recommend because they need to install a quiet heating system with a non-programmable thermostat. The food offerings was very pricey. $7 for a cup of oatmeal. Very few people were ordering.

Nice Staff

Had reservation, didn't have room. Moved to a different type of room. They did provide breakfast coupons for the inconvenience. 2nd night moved to room with king bed, no hot water for morning shower. Granted it was cold outside. Lastly, the hotel was going through renovations and there was dust everywhere. Staff was very nice and accommodating as possible due to circumstances.

Heat didn't work in the first two rooms.

This was the first time that had any trouble with the accommodations in 15 stays. It may be due to the recently completed renovation.

Very Slowly Getting better!

Not enough food service personnel even after remodeling restaurant. Always long wait especially breakfast time. Tables not cleared, always running out of food in buffet line. This is the second time in a few months visiting, and it isn't getting any better! Place needs more help and not so many managers!

Pros: Staff in buffet area were outstanding. 5/5 especially the waitress with the light brown shoulder length hair working breakfast. charisma!
Cons: needs an update. It is dated but nice area, safe, and centrally located.
Location: Dedham legacy place at the time of writing has a restaurant called Acquitaine. Incredible menu. Friendly professional staff and nice customers. Yeah!
great staff in eateries. front desk overall good with some far less endearing.

The hotel was very clean, room was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is the the walls are paper thin, it felt like the people in the other room were right there with you. We could hear every word of there conversation crystal clear to them walking around. It made it very hard to sleep
