I got stuck in the elevator numerous times , then in the morning the elevator wasn't working at all , I have asthma and other health issues had to use stairs to go to my room which was on the top floor, I was out of breath all the time when I got upstairs!!! Elevators need to be fixed or inspected!!

Room cleaniness was disappointing. Leaking faucet tub will not drain called to fix x 2 and never fixed.

Undergoing construction.

Pros: Very good price. Nice people. Their shuttle to local areas is great. Free parking.
Cons: Free breakfast would be a plus. Expensive restaurant buffet. No
Location: About 45 minutes from Boston with public transportation, but the first part of the trip is by train which does not come very often.
Nice hotel with lots of little things to repair. The room was nice and clean, but very basic.

Cons: The walls were paper thin, I could hear next door's conversation so clearly I felt like I was sitting at the end of their bed.
To be fair, we were staying at the hotel while it was undergoing construction so hopefully the work they are doing will improve the comfort of the hotel. However, my stay was quite disappointing. They had us staying in the basement which had all sorts of fitness and activity rooms with lots of people coming and going. My room faced the parking lot, and to my surprise, the door to the outside was wide open. When the concierge called to make sure everything was ok, I mentioned the door and his response was "well I hope everything else is ok" with no apology or effort to make sure I was still comfortable in the place.

this day was awful the first night that we had to leave the hotel room at 1 o'clock in the morning due to a fire alarm previous to that two weeks ago I was at the same hotel and there was no water for hours on February 14th Valentines Day myself my wife went out to dinner at 7:30 at night came back to the hotel to go to our room was informed that the hotel was shut down we had to relocate got back to room around 10 that night temperatures outside world like -6 ask the person at the desk what time do they inform people about the relocation he told me it for the afternoon me and my wife for not notified until we got back from dinner around 10 where is locate at the Holiday Inn it took us a while to check inwe got into a room with notice that was a heating problemso we just packed up and left the hotel and went home

The emergency evacuation was ordered by the Fire Department and was caused due to frozen sprinkler pipes that feed the life safety system. As you mentioned in your comments the weather was -6 and record lows were recorded for the weekend. Under the circumstances the staff did well and the number one priority was guest safety. I know how upsetting this would have been for you and your wife not to mention trying to celebrate Valentine's Day. Great overnight stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. I booked 3 rooms for my colleagues and I and all of us were very satisfied.

6 of us stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was great and affordable. They also offered free starbucks in the morning. Staff was extremely helpful.
