“Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. A toilet broke and the knob to turn the water off……

“Great layout with 3 bed and 3 bathrooms, perfect for couples and families. Close to town. Kitchen had everything we needed, Keurig coffee maker was perfect. Great view and outdoor space, hot tub was an added bonus. Thanks!”
