However, after further investigation, front desk staff did mention we were sold out upon your check-in and no special request was made for ground floor room. They also mentioned for assisting with your luggage and you had declined. Also, our breakfast timing are mentioned on website and mentioned upon check-in. Thank you choosing our hotel. All our guest rooms have floor bath mats freshly washed hung on the towel rack. I'm sorry if we have missed it in your room and the inconvenience this may have caused.
