Pros: The employees
Warm & friendly check in & check out With Kerry at the reception desk. Snowing when we were leaving & one of the employees who was shoveling snow between cars came with a snow brush & helped clear the car of snow. Even help for breakfast were extra nice.

I rented the room because of the bad weather in the area. Upon my arrival I saw a drunk woman laying outside in the snow right by the entrance. I ran into the lobby and asked the front desk staff to call 911 for an ambulance. Me and the from desk clerk helped the lady back into the lobby, sat her down and got her a cup of coffee and stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. The check in went smoothly and the room was comfortable.

Pros: Clean hotel with ample amenities and seemed to have a very nice continental breakfast.
Hotel stay was just fine and comfortable; however, there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling that caused an unpleasant stay. Otherwise I would stay at this hotel again.

Loved the hotel and location! Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was a bit firmer then I like.

I booked a room for a family wedding. The ceremony and reception were both being held at the venue. The ceremony was starting at 5:30. Check in time was 3:00. I arrived around 1:30 and my room wasn't ready. Was told to wait about 30 minutes. Ran into a cousin in the lobby that checked in the previous day. He offered for me to bring my belongs into his room until my room was ready. Went back down to the lobby at 3:00 to check in. I was told that my room was STILL not ready. WHY WAS I ORIGINALLY TOLD THAT I CAN CHECK IN AT 3:00 AND THAT MY ROOM WOULD BE READY THEN? There were 5 to 6 of us in this same situation. The clerk at the front desk was RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. FINALLY A GENTLEMAN CAME AND HAD ENOUGH SENSE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO. A better process needs to be taken into consideration. 1st come 1st serve would of saved a lot of aggravation. Had to rush to get ready to make it on time for the ceremony. It shouldn't of been this way. Need to train the clerks at the front desk better with how to handle situations likes this and have a larger cleaning crew working on the weekends so the rooms will be ready on TIME! This is not how a business should be conducted!!
