Impeccable staff, lovely modern rooms. On site restaurant is very good. Breakfast is good though buffet is a bit limited and no custom omelettes or waffles. Main car arrival area can be hard to find and involves going through a roll up metal parking garage door so you feel a bit like you’re making a delivery. But once inside the stay is very pleasant. They just need to put a door closer to the pool/hot tub.

Excellent stay at Chateaux at silver lake. East shuttle to park city Slopes 5 min walk away. Great ski shop in lobby. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet rooms.

The one store goes to the property manager, Mr. Alex we had a sweet booked at over $1000 per night unfortunately the room and the air condition and heater was making terrible noises all night banging. We contacted the front desk and they said they will take care of it. We were not able to sleep for two nights due to the noise finally after complaining so many times they fix the noise the manager refused to give us any courtesy discount or even camping. Anything during this can be inconvenience times. I would not ever go back to that property. After two nights, they offered to change our rooms, but my sister was injured during skiing and she could not walk around to pack her bags or move around. Overall, I left the resort upset, and I felt that my money went to waste, and I would never go back to that resort ever again

The guy who helped me to my room was great and then all downhill from there. Rest of the staff seemed uninterested or uninformed about trying to help with finding the 5 star hotel on property that shares same name. This dump shares a name with the hotel that comes up when you google it, but this was the dirty 3 star sister hotel. Beds were very uncomfortable and old and the room was "clean" but did have someone else's nose spray under the bed as well as an empty pop chips bag.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service by the staff : Alex, Roxy, Roana to name a few. I highly recommended staying in this hotel. One minor critique: the coffee could be much better at the breakfast buffet.

The location is so convenient for taking my boys skiing. They would put on their gear and just walk across the street. The staff treated them like they were family. Special mention to Edward who kindly returned an item left behind.

Loved the property. The staff was a 10 out of 10 on service! The complimentary shuttle was excellent. Never once wished I had rented a car. Hotel was accommodating to any and all of our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone. Location to the ski lifts was perfect!! Book it.

The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied. The only disappointing part was the surprising $30 daily fee plus $35 parking fee. Be ready to add an extra $65 daily fee to your stay. However, the breakfast was on point and room service was beyond expectations.
