Highway Noise

Too close to highway. Beds have mileage on them. Older hotel. evening staff was not professional when we asked for pool towels as we were given face towels instead of pool towels when we complained they told us thats all they had.

It was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very pleasant, and helpful. plan to go again with the whole family.

Friendly,helpful staff. Clean facility and good location -right off I-95 but tucked away enough to be peaceful.

I was hesitant to book a room after reading reviews about the cleanliness of room floors, sadly the reviews were right the floors were dirty.

Room floors are not cleaned thoroughly. Even after the room has been cleaned by house keeping if you walk around barefoot you can feel the dirt. It's almost like they spot sweep the rooms. Forget about the rooms being mopped, if you walk around in white socks they will be black by the time you take them off.

Very Clean and Quiet

Pros: Cleanliness and quiet
Cons: Fix the drip in the shower
Location: Butterfly World
Stayed here because the original hotel had sustained significant hurricane damage. We were pleased with the accommodations even though it was much further away from our children than the original hotel.

The rooms were small, but clean. Breakfast is not a real buffet . Elevators slow and unkept. The hotel did have room service threw a delivery service ,they were slow and food wasn't good. This hotel is not listed as an extended stay hotel, but I got the impression that some of the guests were there for an extended period. I do not have an issue with this but on more then one occasion my daughters Felt a little uncomfortable with the extended stay guests behavior, ( looking at us and Evan whistling.) During one of the days we stayed several police cars were parked in front of hotel dealing with what looked like a disagreement between guests. I am not sure how a hotel would deal with this sort of a problem, but it may be something they should look into. The staff were friendly and housekeepers were polite and did a good cleaning rooms.

Really nice pool. Staff is nice. Conveniently located. Breakfast area could use more staff to keep area clean during breakfast. Room floors are not not swept or moped daily.
