We Checked in late but there was no issue with front desk. The room was very big and comfortable. The balcony was definitely a plus. Nothing bad to say about this facility.

Room keys impossible to use. Ice bucket too far away from room. Lousy parking. Not enough blankets.

Pros: close to where we had to go for a family function
Location: the location is off the beaten path-nothing to do nearby.
room was clean-very cold-tried to regulate temp. but it never went above 70 and we were cold since there were no blankets and we are used to warmer sleeping temps. we were not given a receipt for their required $25.00 incidentals when checking in--and were not given a receipt for the $25.00 credit on our card upon checking out--only told it will appear on our credit card statement. I find it unusual to ask for this deposit and also not explaining exactly what it is for and verification of such.

Pros: it was convenient to the location of my friends whom we were visiting
Cons: Better employee training
At check in I was informed that a 25$ refundable ( after 3 to 5 days)would be added to my bill, to be refunded after I check out. This fee wwas to cover vandalism or theft, so A sign said, posted in the lobby. The clerk was quick to inform me that noo exception could be made. Take it or leave!! The clerk further informed me that this was a system wide policy Best Western no doubt HAS HAD ENOUGH!! That means ENOUGH OF ME !!It was Also A roach was seen skittering across the floor.. Too quick for me to kill and preserve as probably useless evidence.....

Highway Noise

Too close to highway. Beds have mileage on them. Older hotel. evening staff was not professional when we asked for pool towels as we were given face towels instead of pool towels when we complained they told us thats all they had.

It was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very pleasant, and helpful. plan to go again with the whole family.

Good place to stay

Friendly,helpful staff. Clean facility and good location -right off I-95 but tucked away enough to be peaceful.
