Good location friendly staff. Clean but had a musty smell building as a whole needs updating

Great location

Pros: It's location and availability during New Year's eve (hard to get)
Cons: Although not unusual, I would like to know parking fee in advance
Location: A block from the beach
Hotel met expectations. No complains except for extra 10.00/day parking charge not disclosed during my booking with Expedia.

Was able to walk for pizza n shop and close to beach . Excellent location ! Room was clean n bed comfy .bathroom like new . Older hotel but clean n friendly . Breakfast nice included ! Had great time

Cons: everything
Location: anywhere except the comfort inn
No hot water for 3 days Bugs in the bathroom - crawling everywhere Pay for a room and then charge to park car Old and run down hotel Paper thin walls May never go back to Deerfield Beach

THE best hotel by the beach in Deerfield

Great location, price with decent food, close to everything , staff great don’t need to drive, most important, clean rooms is a must for me, I repeat clean rooms, can’t beat location, 1 block away from the beach , this is my 4th time and is not my last for others they find little things To complaint but the good outwieight the bad which for me are none, thanks

nice hotel close to beach

Pros: Relaxed
Cons: I had a cool shower one day on the 6th floor, apparently the hot water can take a while to get there.
Location: Walk the beach at sunrise.
The staff were very pleasant, the rooms were kept clean, the other guests were also pleasant, the morning breakfast was convenient as was the location.

Poor facilities

Pros: Bed was comfy but very noisy springs when you moved
Cons: Better facility's for guests and bar facilitys to meet other guests. Bed needs some attention. It doesnt take much to provide REAL forks, knives etc.
No Bar or Lounge to relax in. No draft beer in pool bar if you could call it a bar - only a hole in the wall. Breakfast was very poor. For paying this price to stay in this hotel, I would expect more than plastic knives, forks, spoons and paper plates and cups to take your breakfast on. Eggs were like rubber and burger was dried up. Very disappointing, we only ate in here one morning. Had to buy breakfast outside on other premises
