Menu options displayed in elevator and menu given in room did not have any of options listed... you can hear through walls all hours of the night. Bad internet reception and no channels on TV... would not recommend... wish i could get a refund!

The hotel is not connected to any Wifi.
I can't say I'm surprised at how highly this hotel is rated. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even though the wifi in the room was not connected at all, the staff did nothing to help. To top it off, the reception staff laughed and dismissed my request for a different room. This is a serious problem though. Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great and very clean hotel at a good price
Very clean hotel. You will find tea facitlity inside the room with hot water kettle. Bell boys are alk very helpful. If you want a very clean and hygienic hotel at very cheap rate , then this Hotel is the perfect choice. The only drawback is, the mattress was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs and mattres was completely worn out. I cannot comment about the noise level that much , as all the bars and restaurants were shut due to the outbreak of Corona virus COVID 19. Hotel is a 4 minute walk from the biggest metro station called Union ( Itehad in Arabic) this station connects the Red and green lines. 5 minutes walk to the most oldest and famous AL Ghurair centre. Across the road you have 24/7 convenient store which serves almost everything a person requires.

Very good hotel
Very good value for money. I was pleasantly surprised in all respects. This is a very nice, well equipped place to stay if you're traveling on a budget but still expect some comfort and amenities. The staff was very helpful too. The location, very close to the Union metro station and with all sorts of shops and restaurants just round the corner was ideal. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Dubai.

Dubai Comfort Inn
The staff at Comfort Inn were all very polite and friendly. They answered all questions I had. There was someone ready to clean my room every morning. They also serve a nice breakfast. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. The metro is down the street and it made it easy to travel to see Dubai.

Feels like there is renovation every day!
You can’t rest well. Around 9 am every day the cleaner will start cleaning the rooms in a noisy way. If feels like they do renovation daily due to their noise. Staff are not friendly, there is one day that I tried to do a local call at the reception, the receptionist keep asking me if my call is local and gives me a judgmental look.

Great place great location with the metro great security staff, porters, cleaners nice place. Receptions not welcoming more of business minded, as the face of the hotel a small smile small greetings make a big difference in customer service

The hotel is very close to the Union Station Metro, comfortable, good for who needs a cheap choice with a interesting comfortable. Also there is a little bit noise that comes from outside the room when people are outside nothing to complain a lot for us.

clean, convenient location but rude manager.
Hotel is clean and at convenient location. 3 minutes walk to Metro train station and shopping mall. Management is really bad, because they even don’t allow you to have visitor in your room. Two staff members at site have different policy about it. Even the manager on the phone was like “You should leave the hotel otherwise I’ll call Police”. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I think staff and site need training.

Deira Gem!
I initially had reservations about booking a 3 star hotel in Dubai but the Comfort Inn proved me wrong. The location was excellent if you are in search of a great value for money place to sleep in Dubai. We were out most of the time and the hotel suited our needs. Within walking distance to the Metro Red Line Union station about 300 meters as well as bus stops. Al Ghuriar Shopping Centre also about 300 meters which is a stop for the Open Top City Tour Bus. Free shuttle service to City Centre Mall Deira. Location also close Gold and Spice Markets as well as Dubai Creek cruises. We had an early morning flight and taxi cost was only 16.50 Dirhams! Lastly I like the old world charm of the hotel dark wood furniture with beading and superb floor tiling. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Oh yes almost forgot - we had an in house buffet lunch for 40 Dirhams which was excellent as well as late night burger combo for 22 Dirhams also was sumptuous!

Very Good!
For me it is the really quietness in the hotel and the really good location. Walking distance to a supermarket, walking distance to restaurants, very close and walking distance to the Metro for easily going all over the city. I have made the hotel to my chose number one when staying in Dubai. Several times lately I have been staying there, and will next time if there is a room awailable.
