I liked the room size, comfortable bed, view from room, fridge, kettle and mugs in room, safe, breakfast in restaurant, bar in the evening, lifts that work and the friendly staff. The position of the hotel was very good for buses and trams. I did not like the pillows of which there was only 2 and although a kettle and mugs were in the room there was no t-bags or coffee or milk and had I known I would have taken my own.

Great location for public transport use. Reception staff - Phil in particular - were very helpful. Please put hand rails on stairs to Symphonia Restaurant and to footpath at front steps. Mobility problems. Also shower in bath was difficult to get into. Had to request Bath towels Twice when not provided. Our cleaning lady was excellent. She helped us carry our baggage. She and Phil deserve a big Bonus!

Old facility, not well kept. Staff not friendly. Food just Ok. The only positive was the gym (although it's an outside building so you will have to face the weather-rain- on your way there), it had good equipment.

The breakfast was horrible. The most boring and lousy choice of food. Highlight was Concierge Josef was world class.

The location was near to the bus station but little bit far from the center

Yes we are not in city center and we are happy for this, It is crazy in downtown and its better for guest to enjoy a queit night. The best was the breakfast, varied and fresh! It is not in the centre but there are good connections with direct trams. Getting there from the airport (or back) with public transport can be a bit tricky if you are not familiar with Prague (first bus, then underground, then tram). The area was not very busy during the day and was quiet at night. The room was clean and most staff was friendly or very friendly.

Hotel is out of town, but accessible by tram to Old Town, Palace area, and most other sights of Prague. Concierge, Josef, is most helpful with suggestions and reservations.
