Registration staff not the best

I arrived and was quickly told that had to pay $14 for parking outside where there's no security whatsoever. Also another guest asked if he really had to put that white piece of paper on the dashboard of the car and they said no not really this was after I had already walked out and done so. Also I was carrying my luggage some handouts and so forth I really didn't have any hands and could have used some help. Could anyone ask if I needed help? No one did. Oh and those fabulous cookies they talked about on the recording when you call in? Yeah well nobody offered any to me. Very disappointing experience as I have stayed there before and this is the first time I've had this type of visit.

Good Hotel

I have stayed several times at this hotel since I was always satisfied with its quality and amenities However, this time it was less pleasant due to construction work. This was not clearly mentioned during booking.

The downside of staying here was the hotel is being renovated and there is no real lobby. Also it’s a bit noisy. Especially if your in the hotel during no the day. But, the staff is very nice and the rooms are comfortable.

Unexpected complications

1. Hotel was undergoing renovation. Makeshift lobby. Workers in the hallways. 2. Unexpected parking charge; $14/night. No garage; surface lot. 3. No refrigerator in room.

Wish I was told it was under almost total construc

I wish I would've known it was under almost total construction. There was no lobby it was all in the hallway and there was nothing visually see look at. You had to go straight to your room everything was Boxed in

Reasonably priced hotel with easy fwy access

Hotel lobby is under construction but room prices seem to be adjusted accordingly. Room was nothing fancy and strange layout as tv was not easy to watch from bed. Easy to get on fwy and access different parts of the area. Friendly staff and complimentary coffee in the morning outside of the elevators was nice. Definitely received what we paid for.

Stayed 3 nights and the manager and staff were the best...so helpful and kind...tasty cookies too

festival weekend poorly staffed

stayed during a festival weekend and lobby construction. The hotel was poorly staffed and the food service and quality were lacking. Main restaurant was under construction and with few restaurants nearby - we attempted to eat at the hotel with what options were available. Lunch was outside on the patio, only one server who disappeared for 40 mins while we were waiting for our food. grilled chicken had to be sent back because it was chewy and gross, no one checked on us to refill or reorder drinks. Room service next morning forgot part of the order, room service at dinner assured the grilled chicken would be edible but it was not and could not replace the food as the kitchen had shut down. I inquired about the offered free shuttle to get a ride to the train station at the end of my stay, i was advised the staff was used for weekend patrons and my Monday morning request could not be accommodated. Overall bad experience, would not stay here again or recommend any one else to stay here.

Very nice landing

Even though the hotel restaurant and lobby are undergoing a makeover remodel the hotel and staff were wonderful and very accommodating.! I had a great stay!
