LOVED the suite. 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher and a separate bedroom were all very nice to have! We will be back for sure!

Room was spacious and had everything needed. We booked 2 rooms and unfortunately they were not near each other. We asked about putting them on the same floor and it seemed as though it was a bother to the receptionist even though we explained our kids and sitter were in the other room. We checked in after check in time 4pm and 1 of the rooms was not ready. Our daughter was playing soccer all day and it would of been nice for her to shower and rest in her room. Floors can be accessed through the parking lot without a key. It wpuld be a bonus feature and added security for us if you needed your key to access the floor. Nobody was at the front desk to great us, took a min before someone came out of the office.

Very clean, very well kept property close to the best beach in the San Diego area. Plush, comfortable beds, fire pits around the pool and spa area. Nice to have the kitchenettes. Don't let the odd architecture fool you, this place is a gem and a great value.

The hotel was nice and easy to check in. The rooms are dated and I feel I received a really bad room since I booked it via 3rd party. (I booked my mom direct from the hotel for one weekend and her rooms was twice the size and much more up to date.) I was there for a horse show so it was extremely convenient to walk to the fairgrounds every morning. Great spots to eat around and easy to park. Would most likely stay again but next time book direct.

This past weekend booked a 2 nights here for my daughters first soccer tournament and I couldn’t be happier with the hotel! It was super clean and cozy the staff we awesome! Not to mention my daughter left 2 pairs of shoes behind. I called and went to pick up the next day they had them ready in the front desk! It’s a thumbs up for me👍

You can't go wrong with this property for space and convenience with kitchen, balcony or outdoor space and easy parking in a nice location. The pool is set at 80 degrees and very usable and attractive. We used the hot tub every evening. Free coffee available every morning. Front desk staff are not warm and fuzzy but efficient (thus 4 stars). Somewhat close to beaches and some nice restaurants. It's usually very quiet in the winter months. 2 lovely firepit areas and 5 bbq stations. Get your bbq raw seasoned meat supplies at Local 45 cafe up the street. We have returned 3 times. Good solid choice.

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and not once was the room freshened up. I asked that it'd be freshened up but I was told their scheduling is full. I also asked for extra blankets and none was provided because they're only given if i have a room cleaning service scheduled.

Choose your poison
We had room 203 which is upstairs over the restaurant. The good part is that the balcony is huge. There is a wonderful view of the sunset and the racetrack. The downside is that the music is pretty loud on the weekends. Overall we would probably choose a different location for our next visit. But we did love sitting out on the big balcony.

We arrived really late and there was a strong smell as soon as we entered the room. We booked a one bedroom suite with two washrooms, the smell mostly is in the living room, we suspect the carpet has been urinated by pets previously. It was unpleasant for the night. We went the next morning and asked to either switch to another room or they need to come up with a solution to clean it, we had to leave at 7:10 am and told them we will be back at 9:00 am for them to provide a solution. Meanwhile we had them inside to smell it and told them feel free to go in and assess the situation. At 9am when we returned, the front desk switched staff, no one was aware of the situation, we had to start all over again with our situation and finally they cleaned it. Feels like the carpet needs a deep clean as it’s very outdated and the communication channel was broken and we are frustrated that we had to spend so much time during our vacation to deal with this. The pull out bed was not clean, sheets were not clean. One washroom had tiny water stream in the shower while the other one has super strong show water stream. Not a place we will return

Front Desk Staff is friendly and helpful! Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but front desk offered to store our perishables. Room and front hall Renovations and pool retile are very appealing. Great coffee and amenities! Very quiet room and comfortable with everything we needed.

The Winners Circle Resort is a great venue with lots of amenities at a great price, especially for del Mar. The rooms are massive with a nice patio and kitchenette. The bed is comfortable and the AC is super cold. The staff was also super helpful and nice. Will definitely be staying here while I'm in town.

Great except for 2 major issues.
Overall, we loved our room and accomodations. There were very specific incidences that lowered our score overall: 1. The pillows appear to be plastic balloons or something on the inside. The filling inflates to a ridiculous amount so both me and my gf had the back of our heads pushed upwards which meant cramping our necks and interrupting our sleep constantly. The pillows were so hard and tall that it required me to push my entire upper body against and to rest my head against the top ridge of the pillow to sleep ok. Just a basic target pillow would've been better. The worst sleep I've gotten in years. 2. Upon first entering our room, there were a small amount of ants and a crane fly in our room. They left the balcony windows open in both the bedroom and living room so it's likely they entered this way. Good thing we entered our rooms immediately after it was cleaned or more insects could've gotten in. Thankfully (after careful checking), there were no ant trails or anything like that. It seemed to just be 4 scouts looking for food in the bedroom, on the bedside tables. Other than those two major complaints, everything else was perfect. The whole room was clean (especially the carpet and bathroom) and we appreciated how clean the fridge was. No smells in there or in the microwave either. Just please, please get more comfortable pillows or recommend for guests with a preference for thinner pillows to bring their own. Yours, when compressed, was like sleeping on solid rocks
