I am so sorry. Zoe was probably upstairs sulking as she saw my wife leave for San Antonio. A packed suitcase means thats she has gone home and not taken her. I have had a word with the new girl and will be introducing a uniform shortly. We are renovating our rooms and are regrouting and upgrading the lighting. Sorry about the lamp. Thank you for the kind review. This city does not have commercial recycling. The toilets do not have lids for a reason. All the rooms are non smoking and smokers use the toilet with the fan on to smoke.You would be surprised the number of lids that get broken.

Really sorry about the light bulb. You should have let us know and we would have changed it. We have two sizes of soap. Hand and bath. The new housekeeper didn’t realize it and a few rooms only had the hand size soap. We have resolved that problem. Hope your dog wants to visit and stay with us again. We love dogs.

I am really sorry to hear this. Our units are more then adequate for the size of our rooms. You probably left the door open wide while moving your bags in. We have never faced this problem. We can’t please all the people all the time as some are impossible. Why didn’t you let us know and we would have checked the room.
