I liked the fact no one can enter without going to the front desk and camera systems are everywhere they need to be. It's a very safe environment. Staff are exceptionally nice and room's are clean and nice.
I was impressed with the staff and hotel. My wife and I loved the room and room service was great. The bridge and river view was great. We plain to visit and stay at this hotel on our next visit.
It was overall comfortable wasnt bothered at all by anyone was quiet and wasn't bothered by other guest as well
Nice clean spacious rooms. Modern, although a little pricey it is worth every penny. Great breakfast, great staff, overall a great experience!
Hospitality, Breakfast variety(healthy options), served evening ice cream
Liked the kitchenette & big frig. What was hard was not being around during hours when we could get towels, toilet paper, garbage bags cuz we were in Alabama visiting family in Hartselle
Choice of breakfast items was good enough for me and I am quite fussy.
The staff was very nice. Everything was in place and clean.
The staff was so friendly and nice. I really enjoyed them!!!
So, you're interested in Delano Park?
While you might not have heard of Huntsville, the destination it is located in, you will probably be aware of the state capital, Montgomery, 160 miles away.
You should be able to find a hotel that will suit your preferences. There are at least 3 in the immediate vicinity. The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Decatur Riverfront and Motel 6 Decatur are all within 2 miles of Delano Park.
Save more than a few dollars by spending a few nights at a nearby budget hotel. The Studio 9 Inn & Suites is not only inexpensive but a modest 0.5 miles away.
Visit Dunkin' Donuts for a breather, and a coffee, after a big day of sightseeing at Delano Park. This local favorite is a short walk away. You might also want to rejuvenate with a hearty dinner at Whisk'D Cafe. You'll be happy to know that this spot is in the same area. Afterwards, pop into Geno's Pub and get a wine or two.
