“Andrew at the front desk was really nice and helpful, probably the best host I’ve ever had at a hotel. Unfortunately, the room didn’t mean our expectations. Our room didn’t have any hot water the first night, Andrew was able to reset it and it worked for the 2nd night, then it didn’t work again the next morning. Our shower didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner and they were not refilled during the day when housekeeping came in..the AC seemed to be a little weak as well. There weren’t any extra……

“We only stayed one night so didn't use many amenities, but the indoor pool was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel. We really enjoyed that. Also enjoyed the lake shore path.”

“Very clean grounds and room. Alyssa(sp) was wonderful at check-in. The only downside was our room keys were turned off at 10:30AM . Checkout is 11:00AM. We will definitely stay here in the future.”

“The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed……

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.”

“Bathroom was not cleaned properly ~ disgusting; Waited a long time to check in~ no one was attending the front desk; rang bell but still didn’t show up for awhile. Although convenient to DCI show at UW Whitewater, I would not stay here again.”
