Pros: The service was wonderful, the staff really went the extra mile to help out. One of the staff even escorted us to an ATM in peak hour chaos.
Cons: The Deluxe room's bathroom was moldy and almost unusable because of the smell.
Location: Loud, Poor views, Congested
Facilities: Basic, Modest; Value: Average price; Service: Go the extra mile, Outstanding; Cleanliness: Poor, Lacking, Moldy; The food was nothing special but it was clean and we didn't get sick throughout our stay.

Really Nice stay

Pros: overall service and staff atitude
I booked this hotel for my parents and the hotel staff was really very helpful and accommodating.They had a pleasant stay and i recommend this hotel for stay.The hotel and the rooms were clean and the service was prompt.will not hesitate to book this hotel again.One of the better options in budget hotels category.

Cons: clean the place or advertise with recet pictures
I was booked from 25/12/13 till 29/12/13 and back on 7/1/14 till 8th ...After booking this,hotel from viewing pictures in England and actually coming to this place I must really make a complain and informed you that you are making a big mistake to advartuize this place for what is really not!!!I .I refused to stay there any longer than 2 hours I packed and moved to a better place showers are eider very cold or very hot and you are provided with a plastic bucket to wash yourself!!!fridge are empty and dirty!!!!!!never about feeling safe and security ...my keys would open any doors!!!! I was not reimbursed for any nights

Dear Laura , Thanking you for your valuable feedback. but expect genuine reason , and also i would like to tell you about shower, one pipe for cold water and one for hot water you have to mix as you require we can't supply semi hot or semi cold water in a single pipe . it was our pleasure to serve you at least one night hospitality but you judge within a hour only to see very hot and very cold water that hotel is not good . your local friend from delhi wants to join you but we can't allow this for security purpose and that's why you have check-out , but It is esteemed customers like you who's suggestions will be our honor to serve you better to better hospitality again. Nice Hotel with easy approach

It's a nice hotel. I stayed twice there. Rooms are neat and clean, room service is good. Nice place for staying and sound sleep without any disturbance. Food quality is also good.

hotel quartier des diamantaires.

Receptionniste tres competant,personnels d etage aux petits soins avec moi et surtout,j'ai pu avoir deux billets pour aller visiter le Taj Mahal a Agra et le fort rouge dans un delait d'une heure.ce qui m'a evite de chercher. malgres mon probleme de visa la direction de l'hotel c'est engagee a me garder jusqu'a obtention du visa de sortie ,je l'ai en felicite cela a duree trois jours .thanks you very much. jackpons
