Difficult to find this Vegetarian Hotel

Tuk Tuk driver had difficulty in locating hotel as it's on a duel carriageway, and not very well signposted.
Hotel staff at reception was offish and I felt a little harassed in constant signature requirements.
I was not made aware this was a vegetarian hotel only until after check in and went for an evening meal.
Went out to a nearby restaurant and found other guests there to in similar situation.
Breakfast then limited as not even eggs were available for an omelette.
Room service slow, had to repeat requests for TV fix and laundry service.
Felt pressured into completing guest feedback at check out.
