Justa just didn't live up to its reviews

I checked in after seeing great reviews on trip adviser. the first day, the flush, the shower and the TV were not working. there was also dust on things in the room. some of the upholstery had stains on it. It was very irritating, the way things just kept breaking on the first day. but when that night i told them that i need to watch TV which was not working, they shifted me to another room, which was a much better room. but by then it was too late. i had suffered too much during a short trip, when you just expect a comfortable stay, so that you can peacefully do your work. i hope they really fix the place up, and dont give rooms that are not working to guests. as a silver lining, the food was okay.
