Close to AirportPosted Sep 27, 2015
Pros: Great Location close to the Airport and Metro. The buffet was good and the employment of different ability staff in the restaurants is to be commended
For an upmarket Hotel very disappointing. My wife had two very uncomfortable encounters with male staff while using the pool even though I was with her. One encounter was with a front of house staff. When informing other staff we were told management would contact us. Still no reply. The rooms were small and you could hear noises from the surrounding rooms. Only one key per room and that key also controls access to the lift . WiFi was very expensive and should be free when paying that sort of money. Overall would not stay here again.

New hotel but a lot of work to be donePosted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: The accuracy of the food delivered by room service. The effectiveness at check out
I stayed at the hotel twice. Rooms were ok and clean. Room service had trouble getting my order right and anded up delivering order in three different intervals. The food quality was also not very consistent. The same applied for the food at the buffet during breakfast. I left a cable in the rooms and when called to ask to please keep it for me they said there was nothing left there. overall I though the staff was a little disperse and still have a lot of tuning up to do.

The hotel itself is relatively new but has a lot of improvement to do. Room service did not take order correctly and twice messed up. The food at the breakfast buffet was not consistent in quality and sometimes they did not replenish it. I left an item in my room and when called to have them save it for me they said it wasn't there when I was sure of where I had left it.

Lemon Tree reviewPosted Jul 15, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent hotel and well situated next to the airport. Staff friendly and a nice atmosphere. I would certainly stay there again. Not well situated if you want quick access to downtown.

good hotelPosted Jul 4, 2015 on Hotels
Good transit hotel, A/C in room worked GREAT - very cold if you want it that way. Buffet breakfast and dinner good to average food. Wi-Fi is a downer, only get 1 free hour in your room, they do have business center with unlimited Wi-Fi. Hotel staff friendly.

Good and clean airport hotelPosted Jun 2, 2015 on Hotels
Lemon Tree is an Indian chain with many hotels across India. They have three levels of standard: "Lemon Tree Premiere"; "Lemon Tree"; "Red Fox"; where "Premiere" is the highest level. All are very clean and modern, all smelling strongly of a lemon-flavored cleaning detergent. They have buffet restaurants with high-standard food and are in general clean and well managed. I choose Lemon Tree whenever I can because I know I will get a standard I am satisfied with. This particular hotel is only minutes drive from Delhi airport, with a shuttle taking guests back and forth. A good choice if your travel includes arriving late or departing early. Not much to do in the surroundings, though. As with most airport hotels there are not many attractions within walking distance.

Don't expect anything fancy as this is a budget hotel. Rooms are avg. Food is outstanding and so is the service. You should be aware that they charge you for every small thing at this property.

Nice and clean hotelPosted May 27, 2015 on Hotels
This is a good hotel and I have stayed here several times. However, after booking at Hotels.com, they have failed to provide the room booked. Instead of "Svit" with kingsize bed I got a smaller room with single bed. This has happened twice. The restaurant is great and the staff is very nice. The pool is also very good.

The hotel was nice, they treat you nice food good, only downside 2 adults and 1 child staying in room they gave 2 single beds not king size bed as advertised, location good near airport very handy after long flight. Very clean

Overall nice stayPosted Apr 18, 2015 on Hotels
Nice hotel and nice stay overall. When we arrived, as seen problem with most hotels in India, they will give you twin rooms, when showed that I paid extra to get king rooms, they were agreeable for king room. When we arrived, they allotted us Deluxe suite instead of 2 king rooms because of non availability and those suites were awesome, loved tgem. Next day we were moved to a regular king room which were not as good as suite (but ofcourse, you expect that) but since we stayed one day at suite, the rooms felt small. Not vary many breakfast buffett options, however if you are on transit, would recommend staying at this place.
