The hotel experience was very good. The approach road just outside the hotel is a bit unclean and needs care as you can lots of stray dogs around. Inside the hotel the service and rooms was very good.

Think againa, look for alternate. Not worth.
Check-in: Unruly, Unprofessional staff, kept us waiting as the Hotel front desk is not even inclined to overcome their interpersonnel issues. Fingers crossed for the family stay I booked with the property. Buffett: Not worth a penny. Food quality was below average. Long wait as the hotel could not even handle a small group and simole requests, let alone the tush hour. Mosy of the staff seem not even interested to entertain a few simple requests. Checkout: System was down for morenthan a day and had to bear the brunt of disreslectful staff.

Don't waste time and money staying at this place, most rude and cocky staff and management. They have ruined the standard of Park Plaza chain. Also bathroom has mold and rooms stink, tools are old and dirty. Cups and plates are chipped . Can't bring anything management attention because they have their head's in the cloud. HORRIBLE IN ALL STANDARDS.

The hotel is not worth a 5 star category. The breakfast spread was too little for a 5 star category hotel. Overall not a value for money. The hotel also lacked in hospitality of its staff.

Hotel Manager Pankaj and Restaurant Asst. Manager Yogesh are ready to help the guests when required. All staff members are friendly and supportive. They understand the concerns and work to resolve them in a timely manner. I have stayed at the Park Plaza and will stay again when I visit Delhi, India.

I have stayed at various hotels all through out the world. This is by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. The policy of this hotel is very weird. The staff are not cooperative. Not that it is a big amount but this is the only place that charges for a bucket of ice. They have a weird one key policy even if you have multiple people checking into the room. So only once key? Total inconvenience. The manager was not catering to the requests, just standing there and explaining their policy with a smile. I will never be booking another stay at this place. This is the first time I am writing a negative review about a place ever.

Stay only if you want to be treated like common thieves and criminals. This is perhaps due to the fact that this hotel is situated bang in the middle of the courts and they have a lot of people of dubious distinctions staying with them. Still, the following are unacceptable: - Untrained, Rude and unprofessional staff - Filthy and smelly rooms - Very poor breakfast selection

The check-in time is 2 pm which means the room should be ready by then. My Fiancé was coming from USA and I called at the reception in the day time to tell them that we might check in around midnight. I was assured that there will not be any problem in late check-in. As expected we arrived at the hotel at midnight and to our surprise we were told that our room is not ready as it was given to another guest on day basis. He also said that that’s how it works and if a room is available only then it will be made ready for check-in when you come in and it doesn’t matter if you have any advance booking. When we asked for their manager he said you can cancel the room if you want. Since it was too late and we had no other option, we waited for an hour to get the room ready and finally were able to get in the room around 1:00 am. After 36 hours of long journey this is what my Fiancé had to face. This is the worst experience we ever had in any of the hotel around the world. Will never book here again and will never suggest anyone else too.

The service in the restaurant by the lobby is terrible. Anything i had to order was always wrong despite multiple clarifications. One evening we ordered drinks, 4 gin and tonics. It came out as 2 normal gins and one double gin so only 3 glasses. There were only a couple of people working there who were in any way good at their job: a manager and one other guy who’s name I never got. The door men were excellent. Very attentive and welcoming.

The property is in a new area, not fully developed. It is quiet but that also means that it is dark and isolated around there at night. The service is excellent and the staff are superb. The property have few rules. 1. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms 2. Residents of Delhi can't stay there 3.No do not disturb sign on doors 4.Complimentary Tea and coffee is provided but no creamer. You have to call for fresh milk. The hotel is good value for money.

This is a 3* hotel by British standards. Cons: Terrible smell when air con is on - the filters may need changing. Room constantly smells dusty and unfresh - each breath in just stinks. Dust and dirt on every surface - used my own antibacterial wipes from UK to clean the shelves Floor rug full of dust - not vacuumed or taken out to be aired and beaten in probably years. Husband complained that it made him feel itchy - as though he was bitten when we walked on it. Toilet had fresh urine sitting at the bottom of the toilet lid. The cleaners are simply not scrubbing, dusting, vaccuming and bleaching the rooms to a good standard. Can’t see out the window due to condensation. WiFi connection is weak in the room. Hotel is at least 1.5hrs drive from airport to a small, non-touristy little town. There’s a shopping mall approx 10min walk with some restaurant but there’s no other places locally to walk to. Mosque speakers very loud during daytime. Pros: Hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating with regards to early check-in, places to eat and helping with taxis. Fridge in room which had bottled water and snacks (have to pay a 2000rs deposit for it on arrival) Shower was good and water was warm. Gave us complimentary shower gel, body lotion and shampoo of quality The hotel itself looks nice and presentable Beds are comfortable If the standards on room cleaning was up to par, it would have been a quality 4* hotel experience.

The staff weren’t very attentive to our needs. Requests at the restaurant were forgotten. They seem to be overworked (15 hour day) This was reflected in the way they serve. I can’t really blame them. The check in staff were slow.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the taxi drivers find it difficult. There is nothing in the vicinity and you are confined to the hotel for everything

Highly helpful staff. I am very much overwhelmed by the room service, as I asked for tooth brush just at midnight at about 1.00 AM and to my surprise they provided the same within 10 mts with smile. Thanks to the hotel staff.

4 star hotel, great deal on rates.
This is a nice boutique hotel, clean modern and quiet area. Breakfast buffet was large in variety. Worth the few extra dollars. Service is strict, check in took 20 minutes at 1030pm . Two people were at check in desk but line was not moving. After a long flight I just wanted a bed to pass out in. Air conditioning in hallways is needed temps were high. Other than that it’s a great hotel .
