A real shame.

The hotel was unclean and dirty. Shower screen had not been cleaned, carpets were dirty. Wifi didnt work for four days and the staff told lies in the aim to cover up the poor area for wifi reception. The cost of the hotel rooms are comparable with JW Marriott, Leela and Sheraton, however, this hotel is 2 star at best.
Only corona bottles available at the bar for 5 days and no Kingfisher (in India). Service of staff was good due to limited resource of the hotel. Real shame, will not visit again.
After many complaints at check out, hotel manager promised to review the stay and offer discount. Had to chase the hotel manager by calling hotel 3 times afterwards, eventually got a £55 discount.
