Comfortable clean room but hotel is showing wear

Pros: The bed, the shower.
Cons: Tea at breakfast, pest control. New carpeting!
Location: Near the airport...otherwise, I wouldn't stay in this part of town.
The room was great, especially the bed and the bathroom. The carpets in the corridors are stained and showing wear. The breakfast had a lot to offer, but the tea was up drinkable, even when they made me a fresh pot, and I lost my appetite when I saw a cockroach crawling on the egg and dosa station.

A real shame.

The hotel was unclean and dirty. Shower screen had not been cleaned, carpets were dirty. Wifi didnt work for four days and the staff told lies in the aim to cover up the poor area for wifi reception. The cost of the hotel rooms are comparable with JW Marriott, Leela and Sheraton, however, this hotel is 2 star at best. Only corona bottles available at the bar for 5 days and no Kingfisher (in India). Service of staff was good due to limited resource of the hotel. Real shame, will not visit again. After many complaints at check out, hotel manager promised to review the stay and offer discount. Had to chase the hotel manager by calling hotel 3 times afterwards, eventually got a £55 discount.

不可信任的酒店,不可信任的好订网

我们于16年的1月21日在好订网上预订了3月10-11日该酒店的四个客房,并支付了酒店客房的全部住宿费用。当我们3月11日从上海坐飞机凌晨两点多抵达德里,并在凌晨四点抵达酒店时,被酒店前台告知,只收到一间客房的预订单。即使我们出示了好订网电邮给我们的订单,还是没有用。酒店前台坚持要好订网传真订单。我们打了国际长途给好订网,好订网说发了传真,而酒店说没有收到。因为我们中午要赶飞机去其他城市,好说歹说,在凌晨五点才给了两间客房。早晨在退房的时候,酒店说早晨六点才收到两个客房的订单。3月11日早上,通过国际长途向好订网投诉,说是五个工作日给回复,一直没有。3月25日,再通过国际长途致电好订网,说还要等。直到4月中旬,再次致电好订网,居然说没有做任何处理。
