朝食の日本食が思いの外,日本食らしく,ボリュームがあります。また,部屋ではNHKプレミアムが視聴可能でなため,初めてインドを訪れる日本人にとって良い環境だととおもいます。 ホテルの外観こそ古さを感じるものの,内装はリニューアルされて綺麗です。清掃もしっかりしているため,快適に過ごすことができます。 年末にホテルを利用しましたが,ホテルの両替ルートは比較的良い方ではないかとおもいます。 欠点は,「カラオケルームの音が部屋に届くこと」・「停電の発生」です。年末年始におけるパーティの影響はあるとおもいますが,低層階に関しては前者のうるささを念頭においた方が良いです。 総体的には,快適に過ごすことができる良いホテルでした。

Disappointing and hardly recommend.

インド在住ですがバスタブに浸かりたかったのでホテルを予約しましたが 2泊、本当に残念なステイでした。 同じ値段を払えばこぎれいなホテルはたくさんあります。 老朽化が激しく、リノベーションしている部屋としてないお部屋の差が目に見えてあります。クラブ東京がある、日本食がある、を理由で宿泊する以外お勧めしにくいホテルです。 (お食事の質も。。。です。) まずバスタブ付きのお部屋を予約したのに通された部屋はハンディキャップ用のお部屋。しかもバスタブはなく、トイレにゴミが浮いていた。(スタッフは『お部屋をアップグレードしたのですが』といわれた。チェックインの際にそのような説明はありませんでした。)部屋を変えてくださったのですが部屋の前にG(虫)が出没。夜にトイレのモーター音がなり続けてとまらず、部屋のライトのスイッチの不具合等があったため深夜にルームチェンジ。 今度は7階のお部屋に通されましたが電話がラインの不具合で使えず、フロントに電話をするのに自分の携帯を利用しなければならなかった。 また、ルームサービスの領収書に誤りがあり直してもらうまでに1時間かかり、折角休養の為にとったホテルなのに散々でした。 スタッフの対応は日本人好みで『すみません』と一言いってくれるので真摯さは感じますが 正直出張でここに宿泊された方は大変だろうなと思います。 また、バスタブも疲れるほどきれいではありません。

Business Hotel?

OK Hotel. Room staff good. Hotel cars over-priced and non English speaking drivers made navigating to business meetings a nightmare. Wi Fi really poor but the cable was good.

2N3D Stay

Mosquitos in room made our life miserable. Toilet lock malfunction to fused bulbs to jammed main door central lock. Though service and food was good.

Average looking hotel

Room was clean n neat. However there was a stuffy smell probably due to the old carpeting. Bathroom shower door couldn't be closed completely leading flooding of bathroom floor. Breakfast selection was wide although the taste cld be improved. My kids hardly ate anything.
