Short stay, disappointing staff, very nice room

Pros: Location, Room
Cons: Staff
Location: Ambiance Mall, DLF Promenade right next to the hotel. Hotel provides free shuttle to these malls.
Location: Excellent. Right next to mall. About 30 mins from airport (in peak traffic) Shuttle: Very very expensive. I did not know, so my mistake, but exorbitant charges. Staff: Extremely disappointing. For various reasons. Tardy, Incorrect information on room booking... Rooms: Excellent Cleanliness: Excellent Ambience: Excellent. Not much space to hang around for a group of 6-7 in the lobby area.

Hotel in New Delhi

Very nice place. Room ran a bit cold and couldn't adjust temp, but it was a minor inconvenience. Super friendly staff.

Beware

AFTER checking in. I was presented with a letter by the manager, that assisted in my check in, that stated there would be no hot water during my stay (24 hour period). He claimed it was a malfunction, yet the letter stated it was a regular maintenance Either way we call that bait and switch or NOT truthful. Be careful looks good but, many people are having issues

Close to the airport and Malls

There is no coordination between the staff manning the same positions at different times. This is very inconvenient with one person demanding a payment which has been credited to them and acknowledged by his colleague. This gets embarrassing and does the hotel no credit.

Big hotel with all facilities and amenities, however front desk staff are almost robotic, they need to smile a little.

Big Let Down...!

Had booked this place keeping kolkata grand in mind..but then it was a big let down..not worth the money paid for..bathroom fittings were rusted as if of some ancient age..was not a pleasant and a happy place to stay
