Very badly maintained Hotel

I regret booking this hotel based on the Expedia Ratings. Guest Rooms are maintained in very bad condition, none of bed linens were fresh and so is the bath towels provided by the Hotel. Even during the check-in hotel staff allotted a room that was dirty and were not aware of which room to allot. Mattress and pillows in the room are horrible, I woke up in the morning with body ache and neck pain. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any one and this property is not the worth for what they charge.

Pros: the location and service of staff
Cons: if can increase the variety of foods
The hotel is good for staying both for business purpose as well as for family trip. the interior is nicely decorated . The staffs are very well mannered and disciplined.

Badly maintained.

We had booked this place for our wedding night. Wasn't exactly pleased with the way dissatisfied customers are dealt with. The first night, we had an airconditioner that failed. And we were moved to another room, which I can understand. The second night however, we noticed the airconditioner again failed. Now this is 2 nights that a customer complains to the hotel. Blaming it on technical defect is fine, but in my eyes its simple maintenance. In my own apartment I haven't had any issues with airconditioning in the past years, so how do I have that 2 consecutive nights in a 5 star hotel. The worst was how the hotel deals with it. Second night they sent a engineer at 3 in the morning, claiming it will work. However, this was a sloppy fix, as the it only cooled to a certain degree, and was still hot. Whats even worse, is that normally, as a customer you would expect the hotel to give you something for the bad experience for the past 2 nights. But they offered nothing. It was a kind of "sorry, but we dont really care" attitude. In my eyes, Pllazio is a pretty fine hotel, but thats it. Maintenance and quality are definitely not up to par, and the consumers just has to deal with it.

Not enough for a 4 or 5 star hotel, disappointed!

Nice staff but the room service and cleanliness was not good for a 4/5 star hotel. There was a lot of dust below the bed, the minibar had many items with expired date, during more than a week stay they have never replaced bathroom toiletries even if finished. What it's sold as a spa service, it's not a spa at all. There some girl that are not at all professional masseur. It's too expensive for what you get. I would not like to go back there.
