Hotel next to Sahara Mall under construction

I chose this Hotel through Expedia because it was the closest hotel to Sahara Mall and all other main Malls. When I arrived at Delhi Airport, I booked a cab to go to the hotel. When we arrived at Sahara Mall, we couldn't find the hotel, despite asking about 10 different people locally. The hotel phone number on the booking did not connect. I had to go online on my phone (lucky that my mobile internet was working) and go to the website to get the correct number and call the reception. We were directed to a building site for the hotel. When I asked the security guard if this was the hotel, he told me it was. There was no sign saying that it was hotel Villa A2. The picture on expedia did not even match the hotel's picture. Despite this, I arrived at the reception on the first floor and checked in. When I got to the room (which had no windows whatsoever). I was hungry, tired and wanted to eat something and go straight to sleep. It was about midday. I asked for a simple dish of 2 aloo parathas and chai. I was told it's lunchtime now and this is not possible. So I ordered Palak Paneer and 3 tandoori roti. I was told that the tandoor will not be available until 1pm. So I said tawa roti is OK. When the food arrived, the curry had too much salt in it and while I was eating, there was a power cut and I was sitting in pitch black darkness for 5 mins. When I tried to sleep, there was constant banging and drilling and I could not rest.
